“last two orders have damage. 1 sharp star 94mm refractor came with what looks like multicoating damage on underside of first lens. 2nd order is a eq6r with tripod leg damage. These came from separate warehouse locations. There is no live customer support but sales answers phone near instantly. Last time i used their email to get help it took a week to respond. This is what kills the hobby spending thousands getting fouled products and left not knowing when or even if the products will be replaced. ive dealt with quite a few different astro hobby sellers and all have live support but this one.So shortly after this review i got a call from Patrick and we went thru what was happening in detail and settled my concerns well above what I expected. He handled everything very professionally and I'm glad to say that I'm going to continue business with them.”

Russell and his team of Michael and Michael from EM Electric far exceeded any expectation I had.
They reset the bar for customer service.
EM Electric installed a 22 kW Kohler standby natural gas generator.
There is absolutely no evidence, other than the generator, they did any work at my home.
They were courteous, professional, conscientious, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about their product and the process.
There was no pressure during our initial engagement.
I interviewed four service providers, two generac and two Kohler, and settled with EM Electric to install a Kohler, which is the far better product.
It's cliche but Russell has become like family.
He is empathetic and cares about the actual individual and the work that is being done more than making a dollar.
Michael, his lead technician, blew me away with his technical acumen an expertise.
Unlike the other three prospective service providers, EM Electric, with Michael's guidance, did not need to tear apart any portion of my house to run the electric from one side to the other. He found an alternative solution to mitigate any significant construction.
Despite the project being completed a few weeks ago, our relationship continues.
It almost sounds to good to be true but it's not. We found the diamond in the rough.

“Very easy going area, pretty safe and quiet too. What’s not great is they no longer make hot food past 10 pm and you only have hot dogs plus taquitos available to buy. I understand if the process is hard to clean after but I was more than willing to pay for everything and not go to waste. The clerk was really friendly and did not have a bad time there. Highly recommend it!”
