“I drive a 2005 Mercedes E320. I took it to two different dealers on three occasions to have a check engine light fixed. First dealer replaced the alternator (for check engine light ???). Check engine light came back on as I was driving home. Dealer had car for three weeks and finally replaced alternator again under warranty, light came on again next day. I took car to different dealer and told them about previous repair, I paid one labor for diagnosis, they told me I needed an alternator and replaced it under warranty. Check engine light came on again two days later. A friend recommended Hoffmanns so I gave them a try. They had the car for four hours and replaced a temp sensor, cost me less than two hundred dollars and the car has been fine ever since. Thanks Greg, I love you guys.”

Guy named Dan who worked there gave it to me straight about the cost and even tried to give me advice on how to legally get it on the road if I couldn't afford what they were offering. Ended up junking it and getting a new one, but they helped me sell my beater. Wasn't expecting more than 100$ given how bad the damage was but they somehow managed to get me almost 200$. Good guys over there. Didn't have to do any of that, but did it just to help out.”
“I told the guy that I spoke to on the phone about my car bumper having slight damage to it and he said to bring it in so he can take a look at it. When I got there he pulled out the bottom part of the bumper and it looks as if there was no damage to begin with. Very appreciative!”

“Best experience ever dealing with an auto body shop. It was seem less, I literally felt like I never lost my transportation. Progressive was our insurance company. They have constant communication with both the insurance and rental company. Constant text communication with the customer about what stage the car is in. Perfect timing with Enterprise rental on pickup and drop off, estimated timeline for all repairs met, and a clean car on pick up!
