I went to this location to deposit a check for two times . At that time a faced a bad experience from one of the counter staff , The last time i visited to bank, the teller rudely told me don't put check throughout counter deposit and she said she noticed me i was coming last two , three time for same this .Moreover, I am new for this country and bank system. she never asked me you know the digital banking feature and stuff, when her showed me immediately charged me with questions, I felt so embarrassed at the time. she has no common sense about how to treat the customers.And if they are not allow for counter deposit then, put a notice board that,“We not accept counter deposit “ ??♀️??♀️ I faced the worst experience from Wells Fargo Branchburg branch counter staff

Went to this location to deposit a check from December that’ll expire in 180 days (6months). The teller (Claudia) rudely told me ‘why did you just deposit this now. This is not valid’. She cannot do simple computation with the days/months because clearly it is still valid. She then realized and said ‘oh, usually it’s just 60 days’ didn’t even apologized!! I am not going back to this location AGAIN!

PUT MONEY IN YOUR ATM. Make sure your ATM works. McDonald’s McFlurry machine is more reliable. Chronic out of order. Make it part of your closing procedures- “ Hey! anyone put money in the ATM?” Before you all walk to your cars. There are other reviews from FIVE years ago with same complaint. FIVE YEARS and management continues to accept low mediocrity as the norm .

Almost everytime I deposit a monthly check the teller tells me I'm doing it wrong, only to be told the opposite the next month by another teller. They are also rude, no personality, have never seen one person smile. Will find another branch in the future. They could use some serious training on customer relations

Horrible experience … Sales tactics regarding cancellations and making up their own rules - opened a checking, and needed to make the first withdraw - and of course the hiccups begin. I went through fraud with another account different banking, so came to this branch.Biggest regret of my lifeBanker had me walk outside in the cold to use a atm for mandatory deposit ?So account stays active ?Fine - did this did that did the hokie poki for them just to verify that they in fact were able to open with an init25 righhhhttt awayNo need to freeze In the cold while In a drive through while -After all , had another account quick pay -Verified it will be available right away -And it was not - then came the excuses if he said she said —- the place was deadI had 2 tellers a banker and now a manager name ana Cubans so rounding me with excuses right on their sales floor - who then interrupted me when I’m attempting to explain that I’m stranded in NJ without this working - for a conf call - to speak about the customers they are playing with?!Now I’m stranded. No card - nothing worked , no information, no $ that already was sent now frozen. Imagine? Victim of Fraud, and trusting them to open a checking to simply deposit money and make my way back to NYC. Had family quick pay the account - so I can have something to make my way back and nope , false information added to my stress that day. They said I can take it out, then stated no “they cannot see the quick pay”While Ana the manager is there in her office chatting it up about her sales for the day -There are actually people going through hard ships. Like me, who they just benefited from.Let alone she told the teller to mark my account lol intimidating a new client ?Mark my account with what? That I trusted you non- professionals dressed up in suits? Save your $ on the suits and go read up on customer experience. You will lose more than you win with this team. Tip? Hire mystery shoppers with a dilemma and watch how they “overcome” it.Pathetic managing by Ana Cubans - she needs to be retrained better yet removed.Sad sad individual who made my life harder In that day.

Every time I go this branch they are short staff and the lady from the corner should low the volume of her phone, last time while she was doing my transaction her phone was beeping over and over. I couldn’t concentrate and count my cash I feel it was very unprofessional and terrible customer service. A teller should be 100% focus on Customer transactions and phones should be off.

Very friendly staff with fast service. They have been helpful with exchanging foreign money, notary services, and a variety of questions on my account. Very easy to find parking.
