First time homebuyers and Tri-County handled our closing. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional and friendly team. Even months after we closed, they answer me almost immediately if I have a question. Highly recommend !

I have worked as a real estate paralegal in New Jersey for more than 50 years, and I have used Tri-County as my go-to Title Company for more than 30 years. Tri-County is knowledgeable, professional and has always provided excellent service and advice. Most importantly, Tri-County goes above and beyond to resolve any issues on those occasions where title issues do arise, and will work tirelessly to meet a closing deadline. Finally, Tri-County will work beyond closing to resolve any post-closing issues. If you would like your difficult properties to close smoothly, call Tri-County.

My husband and I were searching to find a title company to help us refinance our home once we received our mortgage commitment. We reached out to some of our friends and they suggested Tri-County Title in Branchburg, NJ and we decided to use their services as our Title Company. I cannot say enough great things about this Company. It was smooth from the beginning to the end with excellent communication. I wish all things were this easy!

STAY AWAY! This is the worst title company to deal with. Carolyn and Nancy lack in communication. This day in age is all about email. They will not respond emails. Carolyn is extremely unprofessional. Due to their negligence, I almost had lost my $18K deposit. I had to call and email them numerous times because of a cash deal that had to close at 4PM. I bugged Carolyn and Nancy all morning. Funds to be wired in the amount of $161K. I notified them of this days in advanced I needed notice of my bank, and they ignored me. They didn't get back to me until 1:00PM. The day of closing and they needed the money ($161K) by 4PM! I sent the wire at 2:00PM. I was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Carolyn calls me at 4:00PM because the wire hasn't gone through. I called my banks manager and he chuckled to Carolyn and Nancy, "It's a large sum of money. It takes a little bit of time." If Carolyn and Nancy would have tasked their day and prioritized certain closings, meaning sending me my deed to sign in the morning so I could sign and wire the money in the morning, there would have not been an issue. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Stay AWAY.
