“Luigi is an amicable, hardworking, and honest man. I broke down in NJ on a road trip (not from there) and as it was a Sunday night I had to find a hotel, and have my car towed first thing Monday morning. Luigi was able to diagnose and fix the issue on Monday, and he kept me in the loop with what the problem was, as well as educated me on the issue by sending me pictures of the engine and explaining what was wrong. Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to have found B and T Tire and Auto. I was able to make it home safely Monday night.”

“This morning I called around 8:30 & had a pleasant conversation with Gabby about getting an oil change. When I arrived, I was greeted by her and booked my appointment. Within 20 minutes my vehicle was on the lift and within the hour my oil change was done. I was then helped by Phil & Alan who let me know of an upcoming service that I need to get fixed asap. “Fantastic service. Walked in to get 2 new tires. The employee got me set up with multiple options that they had in stock and showed me other ones that they’d be able to offer. After selecting the tires I was expecting to bring it in later in the week, but they were able to take me immediately and have it done within 2 hours. Would recommend this service to anyone”

“I lived in Branchburg for 35 years and used Alan and Son for decades. I moved to Maine 2 years ago. About two weeks ago I had my tires rotated and oil changed here in Maine before the long drive to visit to friends in NJ. While in NJ, I heard a loud scraping noise under my car. This was at about 11:15 AM on a Saturday AM. We saw a plastic panel hanging down, rubbing the ground at low speed, staying mostly up at highway speed. I called Alan & Son and told my story... past customer, moved, recent oil change, etc. He fit me in on short notice! It seems my shop in Maine failed to tighten the 4 screws holding the plastic access panel for the oil drain plug, and two loose screws fell out during the 500 mile drive. YUK! Alan took the damaged panel off, told me it was perfectly fine to drive, and did not want payment! I gave him some $s for lunch or whatever anyway. Alan and Son is IMHO THE BEST!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“I read the review by the last customer and was perplexed. I've always had excellent service and quality work done by Ed and his crew. I've been a customer for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. PS: the rotor bolts the last customer was speaking of, are to hold on the rotors as the car progresses down the assembly line and have absolutely no effect or influence on shaking or vibration. ( my dad was a master mechanic back in the day).”

The car is a lease and they did not have the replacement tire. They put on the spare and recommended I see if the dealer had the tire. They did. And Mavis didn't charge me a penny. I would trust them with my car.”

“Had a tire problem that triggered 'low pressure' sensor on dash and required re-filling by air pump. Talked to manager Evan and he identified the tire problem right away. It turns out there wasn't a nail or slow leak in the tire. Evan was very honest and showed me that tire problem was caused by very low temperatures. It didn't cost me anything.”
