It's a ShopRite. One stop grocery shopping. Avoid on Friday afternoons...Very crowded. Check your receipts. A $6 clipped coupon was not applied today and we had to go to customer service for a refund.

I went to grab a few things here and felt like I was being treated like a criminal. The supplement powder I needed was not on the shelf, it was being kept at the front desk. I will be purchasing it elsewhere from now on. I wanted to use the self checkout but an employee had to approve my larger items. Kinda defeats the purpose of a self checkout. Shoprite is treating its customers like thieves while gouging them with high prices. I will be shopping at Wegmans and other stores from now on.

Most un professional and racist location in Branchburg. If your black or Hispanic they will literally stand over you while your checking out at self checkout.

I do my shopping and then I wait a good while online in your store to check out. Then I have to go wait at customer service one more time to try to get a rain check on items you failed to have on the shelf. Only to find out that you will not issue a rain check If you have the items somewhere in your stock room so I'm supposed to wait again for you to call back and maybe find the item maybe bring it up to me and waste more of my time because you didn't do your job in the first place. Your failure to stock adequately should not put the customer in a position where time limitations place them at a disadvantage while you get around to it. Not a good use of customers time more like a good waste of it. More like How to SHOP WRONG NOT SHOPRITE .

I use the self check out registers A LOT as I typically have very few items and I’m bagging my own groceries anyway as the cashiers no longer seem to even offer to help, plus lines are LONG at the manned checkouts. I ALWAYS seem to run into some trouble….like ”checking item’s weight…assistance needed”. or, my bag happens to fold close and when I adjust it, suddenly there’s an unknown item in bagging area…assistance needed. The way shop rite has set the sensors in their equipment is ridiculous. They make you feel like you’re a criminal every time you check out (like you’re trying to sneak something into your bag). If you’re going to have self check out registers, you shouldn’t require assistance from an employee nearly EVERY time you use them. But, I will say, the employees have been very helpful lately and attentive to when a customer needs assistance.

Thank you Danna for going above and beyond to check the price of a product for me - patient and courteous.
