They were knowledgeable, careful and attentive to detail, and the job was done perfectly at a price that was more than reasonable. They also offered great tips for dealing with the US Postal Service. While they were helping me, I could also observe how they treated other customers - everyone was always professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.”

Just wish the location wasn't on the somerville circle aka circle of car crashes hence the 4 star review. If you are rude to the employees they will have zero positivity towards you ( common sense ).”

“Your driver LADO is terrific. He is very conscientious and never leaves my packages in the parking lot of my apartment building for someone to steal like many UPS drivers do. He always knocks on the locked main door. If I'm not there he brings it to a safe location. He's a keeper!”
“The UPS Store which is in Hillsborough on 206 isa little tricky to find but it is located inside Amwell Pharmacy. Its a combined store which also includes gift store. Sai is so friendly and helpful, he always receives me warmly. The process here is so smooth and friendly, glad we have a UPS store near by.If you have any hard time to get anything done, just walk in and ask Sai, he’ll help you out at any situation.”
