On December 14th I had my mother head to this Fedex location on 161 meister ave, branchburg, nj to pick up a package that was under my name after they did not process my request to delivery the package to the original address. Upon my mother getting there, the person who opened the store the morning of the 14th was extremely rude to my mother and unwilling to help whatsoever. In New Jersey apparently, the dmv does not send you a new drivers license if you move (they keep the same old address) and just update the address on their systems. Instead of explaining this to my mother and letting her know that she could also bring a bill, she very rudely started to yell at my mother letting her know that I would need to be there personally to pick it up with my ID. I am currently out of town and am not able to be present that is why I originally cancelled the request to have this package being held at the fedex location. The way fedex has handled this situation as a whole. From not cancelling my hold request and delivering this package to the original address to completely disrespecting my mother at the 161 meister ave, branchburg, nj fedex location. I don't ever write reviews but this person should certainly not be working in customer service ever again unless this is the type of people Fedex is okay with employing. Instead of being helpful and letting my mother know all she had to do was provide a bill, she decided to completely ignore her and belittle her. Extremely rude service. My mother had to drive 45 minutes just to be sent away in a matter of seconds. I hope this person is dealt with immediately and given a course on customer service and simple etiquette. I will make sure to put this review everywhere until something is done about this situation.

The unattractive, heavy, and short middle aged white woman that tracks the packages couldn't have been more obnoxious. She took pleasure in dismissing my problem. Please retire this sorry excuse for a human being.Fortunately, Tia the manager, went out of her way to help me with 2 separate deliveries. Thanks again!

This branch of fedex will lie to you. I filled out the online electronic signature for a package to be left at my house. The driver did not leave my package. When I went to the branch they said if I signed the missed package slip the package will be delivered. I did that and the package was still not delivered. I called the branchburg location and they stated the driver will be back by 5pm. Showed up at 5pm and they then stated that the driver is never back by 5pm and that it’s 7pm. I left and came back at 7pm and still no driver or my package.

Can't talk to a human when I call. My package was due a week ago, has been delivered to my residence a dozen times, and suddenly there's an issue with the address? Would LOVE a way to resolve the issue.Edit: A case was opened for this. 15 minutes after it was, the package moved from delayed to delivery attempted AND my package was going back to the shop it came from. No call back first, no explanation, nothing. Thanks for that.

This is a FedEx facility located in Branchburg, NJ. I printed the label at home and about a ten mile drive to drop the package off to ensure it is going out today. The contents of the package included two soccer jerseys for my goddaughter's U5 Rec soccer team and had to ensure they arrive the next day, Friday, for Saturday morning games.Several months ago, I sent my nephew his college graduation present and scheduled delivery Saturday morning. A Walgreen's is located about 400 yards away, so I ask if fedex had picked up priority next day packages yet, and the reply was, they do not pick up for an hour and a half. I'm not sure what happened, but the package was not picked up until Monday and delivered Tuesday, so I missed his graduation. Rather than chance another step in the process, it is much better to drop off at FedEx.The staff is always helpful and has always gone beyond normal to ensure satisfaction.There is no reason to take shipping advice unless straight from those who know.

The worst delivery people are FedEx, especially this office. They can't ever deliver anything in a safe way. Plus, they are the laziest delivery people.

Open late than most FedEx points. They don’t have printing service, make sure you get your prints beforehand.

I needed to ship a package last minute, and I was glad to find that the FedEx Ship Center in Kendall Park was open late. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to help me get my package shipped quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs to ship a package on short notice. Please see Michael if you go to this facility. Very nice guy who would go out of the way to help you.

Fedex are the worst shipping company by far. Drivers constantly leave packages at the end of the driveway because they're too lazy to take them to the house.

I am so sad about the woman works there. Her name is Krist. She is so rude. Today Saturday June 24 at 4:20pm I was there then asked her about my package she answered me so beautiful. Her mother is so proud of her. How her daughter respects the person and how sweet she is. Sweet like a lemon. So disappointed

I went to drop off a return, the company emailed my the label. The fed ex rep told me to forward it to their company's email address, everything was done in less than 6 mins.I appreciate that they had a public restroom too.No issues, overall prompt and friendly service.
