So happy with the job Paul was able to complete for us. We have a speaker system almost 25 years old, Paul was able to figure it out and install a brand new, great sounding, Sonos wired speaker system for our outside around our porch. Great work and fast! Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend ClearCom to help with your home audio/visual needs. When we bought our home over ten years ago, the former owner had installed in-wall speakers throughout the house. At that time, we invested in some audio equipment and had it all (mostly) working. Then one day, no sound, no reason why, and I knew I needed an expert to help. After contacting two other companies (one never called back, the other was only interested in selling us new equipment), we contacted ClearCom. Paul met with us and understood we needed to simplify our setup. He did just that. It was perfect. And then two days later - no sound?! We called and Paul came back twice more to ensure it worked. In the end, the problem was with our existing TV. Paul really went above and beyond to get our system working. He did a great job.

Paul did the audio and video for our additions/renovations to our home, including a huge great room and pool/patio area. He was fantastic and easy to work with. Our system is excellent and scalable if we choose to spread it even further throughout our home. Even though it includes a fabulous theater like setting in the great room, the feature that gets everyone's attention is the patio sound system. Tied in via Sonos, it is wonderful outdoor sound - but the best part is it sounds consistent whether you are near the speakers or across the pool from them. So you can carry on conversations even if near the speakers. Apparently they are directional to avoid being overwhelming. And since they are directional into my patio, they don't annoy the neighbors either.Paul listened to our desires and needs, made various recommendations and delivered what we sought (and learned about from him) without upselling us into things we didn't need. That part was key for custom a/v. Others that we talked to just saw us as targets for big bucks - Paul sought to understand what we wanted and didn't view us as a blank check. I can't tell you how refreshing his approach was to us on this project.

Paul and his partner did an expert job installing my new TV and sound bar and setting up my streaming services. He explained everything and there are many choices so the process can seem overwhelming. I wish I had gone to streaming and using a smart TV sooner. It is simple once you understand it and Paul makes it easy. I highly recommend him.

When I first met Paul of ClearCom, he listened to my concerns and understood my challenges with changes in technology. Throughout the process of updating the technology in my home, which included expanding my wifi, modernizing my old thermostats to Nests, and installing a 75 inch frame tv in my den and surround sound system in my den and entire main floor, Paul was pleasant, patient, neat, and methodical. I will reemphasize “patient” as he explained to me — a few times — how to operate my awesome new equipment — and always responds to my texts when I encounter an issue. He also simplified the clutter of wires and plugs coming out of my walls to the point where they are no longer visible but are also easily identifiable. I highly recommend ClearCom for all your AV needs.

I would highly recommend ClearCom. I recently bought a home in Somerset County with a ton of equipment already in it - which I didn’t have a ton of education on. Paul was willing to go through everything with me and explain what was going on with my system - something the original installer wanted to charge me a hefty fee just to walk in the door (after not returning my calls). Paul was great to work with - from the original consultation, giving me several options during the proposal stage and finally installing some updated equipment for me. He was always available for questions and made it very clear upfront that he wasn’t trying to make a quick buck. ClearCom earned a customer for life!

Paul, the owner, took the time to explain to me that I did not need a lot of the equipment and hard wiring, and new TV's I thought were needed to switch for cable tv to just internet and wifi. Saved me hundreds of dollars. He was very communicative and punctual. I am very happy with the service, installation, and would highly recommend ClearCom to anyone.

Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, straightforward, and fair. Spent 2 hours at my house and saved me a weekend of fumbling around by myself untangling an existing wired system and upgrading to a new Sonos set up. Highly recommend.
