We have been customers of Carpet Heritage for over 25 years. We’ve purchased several rugs, wall to wall carpeting for our hallway, and had our kitchen floor done three times. Joe has always been willing to spend time explaining our options and to assist with selections. When our kitchen floor needed replacement, Carpet Heritage was the obvious choice and once again, Joe laid out the options, and when vinyl plank was chosen he allowed us to bring home several sample planks to see how they looked with our cabinetry and under the lighting available in the room. When he came to pick up the samples, and to measure the space, he took the time to look at the various samples and we talked about them. The final decision was made with confidence. The floor was installed last Saturday and once again, the result is beautiful and the job is a clear 10. That is why we always go back to Joe for all of our flooring needs.

I'd highly recommend this place. Joe was amazing from start to finish. My wife and I were very undecisive at first. Joe answered all our questions, gave us great advise, and was patient as we kept bringing home different samples to figure out what wood floors we wanted. As good as the experience with Joe was, the installation was even better. I can't say enough good things about his installer Ivair and his helper Fernando. Those guys were as good as you could hope for. They didn't cut a single corner and went above and beyond to make us happy. Their work was impeccable and they cleaned up after themselves. Their dedication to their craft is outstanding.

When looking for new carpeting I went on Google and found heritage carpet. When I went to the store, Joe was there to greet us and told us to look around and ask if we had any questions; he was not pushy or overbearing. It was a great experience and without a doubt we picked out our carpeting with his help. The installers, James and Pete were the best. They are hard workers and very congenial and a lot of experience. They cleaned up and vacuumed when they were finished... Totally impressed. They installed my living room, dining room, hallway, stairs and small upper landing all in one day. I cannot say enough about this company and the employees. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to install new carpeting.

We started using Carpet Heritage over 25 years ago. We initially worked with Joey's dad and now for years with Joey. If you're not happy then Joey is not happy. It has been a professional pleasure to do business with Joe. Great advice and great craftsmanship. He has decorated our home several times over the years. I am very particular and he exceeds expectations.

We chose Joe and his teams to replace all the carpeting on the first and second floors of our house. They also silenced our squeaky floors and installed new oak treads on our main staircase. They did a great job and I would recommend them to everyone.

Personal service from purchase to install. Joe follows up during the job to make sure everything is going as expected. Little things like adding trim or changing the layout were taken up with just material cost and the installers were precise, clean and courteous.

For the past 12 years, Joe and his team have taken care of our carpet needs. We just had our Master bedroom carpet done but prior to carpet installation, he fixed a low spot in the floor and made it level and more solid. Perfect work, great carpet!. Once again, we are very happy!
