This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care! From the front desk to the doctor. The receptionist, Kerry, was so pleasant and helpful. The nurse, ,Raddiel, who triaged my daughter was super kind and efficient. And Dr.Reddy was awesome!

Just wanted to make a huge shout out ?
Access Medical in Branchburg was absolutely amazing for us last night during an unexpected emergency involving my 11yo daughter. Jill (who answered the phone) and Dr. Reddy (who happened to see us walking in and took it upon himself to make sure she was okay before we even walked inside the building) took such great care of us. From the moment I dialed them at 7:23pm until the minute we walked out the door with a complete visit, it was 35 minutes.
In addition, Rite Aid in Whitehouse Station Pharmacist Elizabeth Parks was top notch explaining new meds to us!
Just wonderful. ?

I found the head doctor to be very unprofessional, accusatory with no bed side manner. He accused me of coming into the facility trying to obtain narcotics as a patient coming in after having a horrific migraine from side effects of a new prescription given to me by my doctor. This was offensive to me being a patient in search of relief. I will never visit this place again or advise anyone to utilize this facility.

The reason I gave 3 stars is I had to call multiple times, and I was given conflicted answers.
The doctor was good. There was no waiting time.
I went to get my yearly blood work done. At the time, I had asked how the results were shared. I was told I would get a call when the results were in. The doctor also mentioned they could fax or email them to me.
A week later, I didn't get a call, so I called to ask if the results came in.
Also, I gave my email address to email the results to me. They said they could email.
I didn't get an email after a few days, so I called again to see what the hold up was. This time, I am being told, I have to either go in to pickup or they can fax. They can not email. What!?!?! If they could not, shouldn't it be their responsibility to call and notify?
Communication after I left the clinic needs improvement.
I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Goldberg and his nurse Susan were great. Gave me plenty of information and completed my procedure quickly and painlessly. They answered a majority of my questions before I even had a chance to ask which was refreshing.

Dr Goldberg and Dr Reddy Are both fine doctors, I have been there many times for myself and children, The docs are professional and listen to their patients needs. The rest of the staff are polite and friendly. I highly recommend access medical.

Everyone from the moment you walk in to the Doctor I saw, Dr. Goldberg, was extremely kind and helpful. They made everything go so smoothly and I was able to be in and out with an answer to my problems. I would definitely recommend them if you ever need to see someone and your doctor isn’t available. 1000% better than the hospital!!
