I've been a customer at union Ave pharmacy almost ten years and my family for 25 years service has dropped over last couple of years maybe new ownership ? They are very secretive about the owners and refuse to tell customers who they are that's a big problem second this place has a bad habit of loudly voicing what medicine you're on out loud in front of other customers today they wanted me to say out loud my address and I refused for my own safety as the meds I'm on could attract theives so I said I'm not comfortable giving my address out to everyone in the pharmacy and the pharmacist named Bernadette immediat said " you know what " and pulled my medicine back. And said now you can't get your medicine. So I said I'll be making a complaint to the state for violating my rights and possibly HIPPA. Laws. This is what happens when companies forget their duty and patient rights. I'll update after I make the proper complaints to the state also an Indian guy probably the owners son was extremely rude and talked to me in a threatening and disparaging manner I give this place over 1thousand dollars in purchased medicine every month well not anymore I'll take my business to a pharmacy who appreciates their customers

The worst pharmacy, they through prescription fax in garbage, many times give me the prescription missing medicine and they don’t inform you about anything.

Will never step foot in this place again. The pharmacist seems unprofessional and obnoxious. Also, the place itself is filthy and disorganized.

The customer service here is remarkable! I had to get my covid vaccine at this location and the pharmacist (petite one with a really long name) was very knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and less anxious about getting the vaccine.

The pharmacist (I believe her name was Merunisa?) here went above and beyond to help me fill an urgent prescription. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the medication with no hesitation. I felt very comfortable with her! Thank you!
