I would give no stars if I could. I didn't even get to walk through the door because over the phone there is a huge lack in customer service . It's like it doesn't exist anymore honestly.ALL I CALLED WAS FOR STARTING PRICES FOR SLTERATIONS AND IF THAT WASNT AVAILABLE THEN ROUGHLY WHAT WOULD THE COST START AT BASED ON THE INFO I PROVIDED.I won't even waste my time walking in because the lady who answered was not helpful. She had no answers for my questions. It seems like they rather turn away business than try and figure if they can do business for u.NOT EVEN GIVING THEM A TRY

We have used them twice so far to get alterations done for a mens Brook Brothers suit pant that got a little tight around the waist. We were a little concerned since this was a custom tailored suit. But they did a great job and old seam lines do not show! They iron it out! We highly recommend them!

I absolutely love the service I receive from Plaza Cleaners. I leave my laundry and dry cleaning outside my door on Monday morning and by Thursday it’s returned fresh and clean folded perfectly so I can just put it away. You can’t beat how affordable this service is if you figure in how value your time is. Great people there also. So it’s a win win for me
