My wife had a bad experience today at Saks Bridgewater NJ when returning an item she ordered online but received and incorrect one, the manager was clearly in a bad mood and was upset with the situation stating she is not there to solve problems caused by the on-line order department so at the end she declined to accept the return. Now my wife has to pay to mail the product back to Salks !

Good store with ample selections. Did not like the items they put on sale or clearance where clearly defected items and still selling for $20+Besides that the store is lovely.

Don't ever buy online from them if you don't receive your order it takes up to 10days to investigate and decide if they give you your money back or not

I ordered $229 worth of merchandise from the store that was not delivere. On the shipping company website it was marked delivered with a timestamp. I checked my security camera and there was no delivery attempt. They use a company called CDL for delivery. This company use people with their own car for delivery. I believe the driver didn't want to drive all the way to my house and just mark it delivered and kept it. I Got No Satisfaction from the store or the shipping company. I lost my $229. I will never shop at the store again ever

Used to be my go-to for discounted sunglasses. Not anymore. They’re ALL LOCKED. If you’re a woman, you know we gotta find a pair that (1) goes with face shape, (2) looks good with hair up, (3) looks good with hair down, (4) just the right weight and height on the nose bridge, etc. Ngl I might try on 20 pairs before finding the right one. Now, there’s 1.5 people, including the cashier, working the entire floor. Am I supposed to hold an employee hostage for half hour asking them to unlock multiple shelves? Obviously not gona do that. Really sad.Not a lot of selection. I ended up getting cashmere pieces (hence 2 starts), but the shoes selection is abysmal. Clothes on clearance racks should just be burned with fire because it’d be embarrassed to even stuff it in the garbage: literal 6 inch holes, and stains all over. Who is in charge of that? Are you okay?

This use to be one of my favorite places to shop. This store never has any good pocketbooks anymore very limited. It looks like this location is going outta business.

Pathetic store with 0 customer service! The black lady at checkout on May 7, 2023 at 2:20 pm was full of attitude as if she owns the store! Never coming back! You guys need to appoint people who'd know how to attend customers! She's the store manager Alyssa lol! PATHETC service! 0 management!

Bizarre hours. I was running errands on a Friday night and stopped by this shopping center to do a return at SOF. I was there a few minutes before 8 pm and a blonde woman was beginning to lock the doors and said with glee, “We’re closed.” Had she had any kind of customer service skills, she would have let me in to return my 3 items. (I have a SOF card so cashless transaction.) Not being able to make this return is a big inconvenience- 30 min drive each way. Due to this experience this is the last time I am shopping at SOF.
