If you are prone to passing out when getting blood drawn I would stay away from this place. On 5 different occasions where I was upfront with the phlebotomist about the possibility of passing out prior to starting my bloodwork, I was met with eye rolls and scoffs along with comments like “I can’t deal with this today” and “of course I get the one who passes out” or my favorite “this is going to be really inconvenient for us.” Would definitely not recommend using this location if you are looking to be treated with basic decency and respect.

If I can give negative stars I would. I don’t write reviews and don’t really believe that reviews should be the driving factors for businesses but in this case, I implore who ever is reading this to take it seriously.
If there’s any pregnant women looking for a lab place to get her tests done, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Pregnancy is hard enough as it is to go to a place where people treat you like garbage, disrespect you, yell at you and refuse service after making you wait an hour when you had an appointment.
The rude attitude is what baffles me the most because these people call themselves doctors.
I went there for a 3 hour glucose test and I had a fresh test which I used before for my 1 hour test. They got extremely loud and rude as soon as I tried to explain or ask them to look into the possibility of me taking that instead of their drink. There was a man and a lady. Both screaming at me while I sat in the chair. My midwife was on the phone and she heard the whole thing. I am still in shock that this happened. I naturally started crying because of the humiliation and disrespect. I think if I was at a McDonalds I would have been treated better. Never using Quest Diagnostic ever again and especially this location. I am not expecting 5 star service but at least some decency to treat people with kindness and respect. BASIC NEED, no matter what your job, title, position you are.

Staff is under duress trying to handle workload and they are fine. It is quest that has terrible process. I was not able to check in for appointment, there is no one to ask for help. There is also no cell phone signal. I had to go outside to check my appointment on phone app and was able to check in. Had to wait an hour. Quest probably wants us to believe they are keeping cost down with minimal staff but i suspect the consumer is ending up with higher cost with inefficient processes and understaffing. There has to better options.

Very rude and not helpful. Was treated like a number and not a patient. Would rather get my blood taken somewhere else

this place is ridiculous and the people are so rude.
I had an appointment scheduled and when I checked in, I selected the option to be sent a text. I was waiting in my car 6ft away from the door. At one point, I walked in and saw my name as the 3rd one. so I went back outside and stood RIGHT BY THE DOOR. when I didn't get a text after another 10 min, I went back in and saw my name was no longer listed. when one of the employees came out to call another patient, I told her I was waiting and never received a text. she said "I don't know who called you" and closed the door on my face. there were no more appointments available so I put my name on the stand by list. been waiting for 1.75 hours since my appointment time and still haven't been called in. why even offer a service if you aren't going to use it?
as a customer service training professional, these people need some serious training on basic empathy and human interactions
I feel like 1 star might even be too much for this place but google won't let me put anything less.
addition: so after placing my name back on the standby list, I stood in the vestibule to keep an eye outside but also be able to hear my name. after another 15 min, my name was never called and there was no longer anyone in the waiting room and my name was no longer on the list. I asked another worker and all she said was that I was called. I asked about the stand by list and she said she didn't know. so I readded myself to the standby list, propped open the middle door and stood by the main door. the manager came screaming out and said if I wanted to be seen I needed to stay inside. I said that if they offer the service to wait outside, they should use it. if they aren't going to use it, they shouldn't offer it.
the reason I needed to stand outside is because my emotional support dog was in the car and he worries if he loses sight of me for too long.
I've now been waiting inside for another 15 minutes with no one else coming into the lab as retaliation. yet another bad customer service practice

I was there 15 min early and they made me wait despite others coming in after me. Tv volume was so loud, we couldn't even hear people calling our name. In the name of hearing impared, which is absurd. Literally at the top volume. Ridiculous.

I came for drug test test 23April2024 2:30pm Quest Diagnostics. The guy Robert working as lab technician was super rude from word go. I came for urine test and couldn’t pass sufficient quantity first time. And he starts shouting on me “you had one job”, “I knew you couldn’t pass”, “I know what you’re trying to do” making his own assumptions. Guy’s attitude was so bad, talking down like a kid, probably was thinking he was hiring me as his personal slave after the test. Caused me so much tension that even after drinking some more water I couldn’t try second time before it closes at 3:300pm. The center was closest to my house, but would never in my lifetime return here.
