The Technician who took my blood is very courteous and friendly. She was an expert in drawing blood and was able to locate a vein without any difficulty. “Megha is great phlebotomist at this location! I have very deep veins and she came in with confidence and got right to it. She would be a great teacher for other phlebotomists in training.”
“Amir is the best! He took care of my oldest and for the first time in 10 years she didnt cry or moved. I took my 18 month old and a different lady took care of her and she was not very personable. She got the vein but the blood wasnt coming out fast enough so she kept wiggling the needle inside my baby. We left and came back to see Amir. She put a Band-Aid that was so tight it made a mark. He is super friendly and kind. I expressed to him that the blood wasnt coming out yesterday so he put a warm compress to stimulate blood flow prior to pricking her and that made a big difference. When he finished he put a flexible wrap instead of a bad-aid, which was the best thing for a baby. Of course babies cry but knowing how to take care of them and the extra steps to take to make the process go smoothly is what makes Amir great.”

“Super easy getting a COVID test. You can easily get an appointment online and they take walk-ins. Was a bit confused since the location was in a big white converted shipping container outside a community center across the street from Aldi, but eventually figured it out. Got tested within minutes of arrival and the lady was very gentle with the swab. Had the results in 24 hours. Definitely much easier than any other testing places.”
