My wife and I were beginning to have problems with our phones. Melanie at the Bound Brook Cricket Wireless location was able to find the problems with our phones quickly, and got our phones working properly in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Melanie!

I visited recently three times the store at different businesses hours, the office always was closed and no information signs what time it will be open. Terrible service.

I went to the Bound Brook store to have my phone upgraded recently, however after driving 30 minutes, to my disappointment the store was closed during the business hours. I called a couple of times but no body pick up the phone. Very frustrated. I even spoke to the owner the day before to let him know in advance that I was coming to upgrade my phone the next day.
