My son went in with my husband to open an account. Even though we have had a credit card account with them for 20+ years they wouldn’t help opening my 17 year old a debit account.
My son asked, and the lady spoke to my husband in Spanish. My husband who is Hispanic explained my son doesn’t know Spanish well and if she could speak to him in English so he can learn the process. She continued to act as if my son wasn’t there only speaking to my husband in Spanish again he asked in Spanish to address my son in English smh they left and went to TD. The entire interaction was rude

I would rather give a negative rating this branch. So pathetic. I was there to get help for my business account and here is what happened.
I went to the branch and waited for almost 2 hours and talked to 2 different person.
The First Lady Janet told us that only a Relationship manager or a branch manager can help and she asked us to wait and apprised the other lady about this issue which I thought may be the RM as Branch manager never bother to come out to help.
Then this 2nd lady took her time to address us and said the same thing after another wait of almost 20 min and additional 20 min call to back office.
My question is if the 2nd person handling our situation was neither an RM or branch manager then why did she waste our time and why not the branch manage came out of his cabin to help.
It is sorry to say but this branch is pathetic, go to a different branch or change your bank

This place is the absolute worst bank!!! Do not go to this branch EVER!! The ATM broke during a deposit and took a large portion of a the cash deposit.. no receipt, no help from the teller and or the manager nothing, they pretty much told me to wait..

They would not cash a check on the account. 800 number says that the account has no issues but they will not give any reason. Said to go to a different chase branch

If u wanna be defrauded out of ur hard earned money , just go deposit at one of their atms , deposited nearly 2000 on the ATM and was told during an audit that I deposit 870 , apparently I miscounted my cash by about 1100 dollars . Also avoid the tellers , they don't really want to help u , they'll just waste ur time .

Go here if u wanna deposit at the ATM and not have it show up at ur account . Apparently they can't file a claim and do anything about anything. Avoid this trash hole at all costs . Just drive a couple minutes to the next town . U will thank me later .

This is the worst experience and it’s my second time that’s why I am even writing this review. The employees think they can say things like we have no idea how banking works. Just to add my wife’s name to my account they are telling me it will take hours and before we can even talk they want to know what’s my wife’s status is like we don’t know which IDs are required to open accounts or add names. If you are white you will get service otherwise get ready to be played.

Chase does not stand behind it's customers.I have a business account with a Chase Ink credit card attached that I opened in this branch. I had a vendor scam me out of sales tax money that we are exempt from paying by over charging the credit card. I disputed the charge twice with Chase and was told that a NJ ST-3 tax exemption form does not guarantee that I am exempt. They won't recover the money that was not authorized by me to be taken.

Love the staff! I'm a regular customer. I have several accounts with Chase and the staff is very welcoming and attentive. They greet me by name and are always looking to provide good service and address all my needs as a customer.

It is impressive just how BAD this branch is. The drive-up ATM is usually broken or cannot dispense cash. I literally cannot count how often this occurs. Today, I tried to open up 2 accounts. Not 1 but 2 office people refused to greet or even talk to me. Then, I was asked to come back the next day. I was at the branch at 11 o'clock a.m. So for the next 6 hours that they're open, not ONE person is willing to help me. Also, the last time I was there, it took well over 45 minutes to simply add someone to my account. This branch is AWFUL.

This bank is very bad, the ATM outside never works and that happens for many months, the one inside rarely works.
