Very pleasant to deal with, dropped off 4 expensive wheels & tires. Danny was a pleasure to speak with and the shop did a phenomenal job with zero issues. Definitely a breath of fresh air after having issues at other shops. Highly recommended!

At the recommendation of a colleague, I took my car to Danny at Carma for work that the dealer said had to be done urgently.The dealer overstated the need and he price. Danny took a look, did some of the work at a fraction of the dealer cost, and said the other issue wasn't really an issue. i never used "honest" and "mechanic" in the same sentence until today. Carma has made a lifelong customer and advocate. Thank you Danny and Sam.

Got a flat on the winding roads of Tewksbury. Drove my car with the donut on to Carma Automotive hoping for a quick local solution to my troubles. Dan and his staff dropped everything, identified and ordered a replacement tire for me. Less than 24 hours later, they popped on the new tire and I was on the road again. Excellent service with a smile! It is great to know that our automotive needs can be addressed promptly and reliably at such a convenient location.
