If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Had set an agreement to purchase a vehicle. Gave my deposit and informed them that I would take delivery of it in two weeks. The day before I set to arrive, I call to check and make sure everything was still good. They tell me that the owner wants to speak with me. He doesn't do a call to me but informs his assistant for me to call him. Anyhow, I call and he tells me that the car isn't running and it's my fault since I didn't pick it up when the agreement was done that same week. As a car dealer, they should have known to put the car on a battery tinder so it will stay charged. Evidently, because the battery died, it caused a problem with check engine lights coming on, so they say. The own then suss that needs going to fix it and keep it potentially to off sell at a later date. What a shady business! If you're out of state, don't bother with dealing with this place! I lost money for travel expenses because they couldn't get their act together! No professionalism here

I purchased a 2005 Volvo xc70 from here nearly a decade ago and have since then put over 100,000 miles on it with no issues. At that time, I was new to the state and was feeling overwhelmed with trying to find a new car after being rear ended at a traffic light. Otto and the staff made me feel completely at ease as they listened attentively to help me find exactly what I wanted, and moreso, what I needed. He walked me through all the details of the cars and explained everything-- including all the history of each car, hiding nothing. He was very upfront, and his honesty and knowledge of the vehicles made me feel confident about the purchase. I, at no point, felt pressured nor as though I was trying to be swindled, as I had at other places. He gave me such an amazing deal and earned my trust that my parents-- who live 10 hours away-- bought a Volvo from him shortly after that without even seeing it first. They, like me, still love their car, as well. I've rented / driven many newer model cars, but wouldn't trade the quality that I feel from my Volvo for any of them. My family will continue to buy Volvos and pre-owned vehicles from this dealership, as this experience has proven to us the value of the vehicles, and most importantly, the value of having a trustworthy salesman. Highly, highly recommend! Great company, wonderful human being! (The attached photo is of my car just as it turned over 200,000 miles while on a trip meandering through the mountains of WV with my parents.)

I purchased my vehicle few weeks ago and it was a satisfying and at the same time easy going experience. The sales’ member Arturo was exceptionally friendly and helpful, giving me all the necessary information and guiding me through the whole process. Buying process was straight forward and the dealership handled all the paperwork without any issue. The car was in perfect conditions after all the checks and cleaned to perfection! Arturo is really great, absolutely recommended (he has also some great insights on local restaurants)!

Terrible service, they do not give a guarantee on what they sell. I would not recommend any of my friends to buy here. I regret having bought my car on this site. The seller, Arturo, agreed to give me the new front tires and after three months of teasing me. He said he couldn't give them to me because the owner couldn't afford to buy some tires. It's sad to see how they deceive people, not just me. It has happened to me that many people I know have had problems with them.

Very terrible please do not go there, do not buy cars from there, I bought my first car from them and it was the worst experience ever after three days from buying the vehicle. It had an engine problems, and even though the sales guy promised me a warranty, he won’t honor it. They are scammers. Do not go there and have the experience I had.

Literally messaging them if the car is available. Drove from Atlantic city, 2 and a half hours. When I arrive they tell me they just took a deposit on the car 30 minutes ago. Complete jackass service. I don't know what kind of scam they are trying to pull.

First of all, I have been looking for this car for a long long time and I finally found it at Blueskyauto Mr. Otto helped me get this car. I am a customer from out of state, but Mr. Otto made everything very easy and the dealer delivered the car to me on time everything was perfect! Thank you very much to Mr. Otto and everyone at Bluesky for this first class customer service!!
