“We had a good experience getting our car serviced here.
One thing to note is that they expect the cars to be dropped off early in the morning (8 AM) for them to start taking a look at the car. So even though one's appointment just says a date, they expect the car to be dropped off at 8 AM. This is not a huge issue, but we weren't informed about it while reserving our first appointment. During our second appointment, we dropped off the car early and everything went smoothly.
Also, they are open on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, NOT ALL Saturdays. Good to know beforehand.”
“I couldn't be more pleased! My car was ready one day ahead of schedule. I was kept informed of progress on the work by both phone and email, including when it was completed. The work was professionally done -- they even took the time to use spare paint to cover over several blemishes on my car that were not related to the work I needed done. And the cost was equal to the estimate and payment from my insurance company, no hidden fees or charges at all! I will not hesitate to have K & L do body work for me in the future, and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends in the area who need body work!”

“John Seymour at Fullerton Ford was a pleasure to work with and made my car buying experience easy and transparent. I went to other dealerships where I felt weary and did not trust what the salespeople were saying to me, but the experience was much different at Ford. We ran into an issue where something very minor had to be tended to within the first few weeks of delivery and the service/sales department made sure I was taken care of, going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. The process was seamless and they even provided a shuttle for me to get home and car delivery so I barely had to adjust my work day. I am so excited to have my first Bronco and a solid dealership behind me makes me excited for my future Broncos to come :)”
