I've had Allstate Insurance since the 1990s, and even though I've never had to use the insurance for any claims, they've always reached out to me periodically to see if I needed to make any changes to my policy or if I needed anything, which is a good feeling...that even though the customer hasn't filed any claims, it's good to know that Allstate is there when I need them.”

“Not their fault my engine seized. Customer service was great. Quote was about 1k more than other quotes, but with the 10% dicsount and assurance of quality mechanics, it would have been worth it if my Equinox wasn't a piece of junk. Dude at the service desk was awesome.”
