If you have small children, I would advise visiting a different location.
Valet Wash Management/Superiors,
I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received at Valet Wash in Bordentown, NJ today. As a responsible parent, I took extra precautions to ensure the safety of my two young children, ages 2 and 5. Despite the availability of numerous parking spots, I chose the very last spot to minimize any potential risks. Using the available cones, I blocked the spot next to me to prevent any accidents that could harm my children. To my astonishment, an employee approached and removed the cones for a second time without any consideration for the safety concerns I explained. Instead of addressing the issue of child safety, he proceeded to yell at me for taking such measures. In response, I placed my personal belongings in the next spot as a warning to other patrons, while ensuring I did not block it. However, I was once again subjected to an aggressive tone and told to remove my belongings.
Despite my attempts to resolve the situation peacefully, I was unable to get assistance from a manager, who never appeared. After going inside to meet the manager myself, I was shocked to learn that company policy apparently prioritizes arbitrary rules over the safety of children. Despite explaining the safety precautions I took to protect my children, including the fact that locking them in a hot car on a 90° day is not safe, my concerns were dismissed. I was shocked to hear that the response was that I shouldn't let my kids in parking lots or block other people’s spots? Furthermore, I was berated for exceeding the 15-minute time limit, even though it is should be understandable that it takes longer for a single parent with young children to complete their tasks. This entire encounter has left me deeply unsettled and alarmed. It is disheartening to see that Valet Wash not only fails to welcome families and single parents with children but also appears to prioritize an empty parking lot over the safety and well-being of its customers.
Additionally, in the event something terrible had occurred, I am sure I would have then been told I should’ve been watching them better.
I encourage your establishment to reevaluate its policies and provide proper training to its staff on customer safety and empathy. The treatment I experienced goes against basic principles of professionalism and customer service. The representation of your business, as demonstrated by this incident, is one of unwelcoming and unsafe practices. My family has patronized your business at least once a month for years, but never again. You should be ashamed of the treatment my children and I received today.

Washes well and vacuum service is great along with the air line available to blow pesky leaves off. Doesn't wash truck beds or tailgate just leaves it covered in soap and water.

East in, Easy out!
Great self-serve vacuum, towels & power air blower.
Like cleaning interior as well as I can instead of feeling like it could have been done better.

It's ok, gets about as clean as can be expected from an auto wash. Which is mediocre. There is no one at the entrance to pre-treat/ brush problem areas like front grill for bugs or back bumper for residue.
Overall it's OK for a quick clean

As an Uber driver for NJ, PA, and DE, having a car wash handy with free vacuums seems to me to be an necessity investment if you want to keep a high rating.
Valet Auto Wash Bordentown has the right ingredients to make my car looking brand new and smelling like one too. Passengers looked at my 2012 Hyundai Elantra sedan and wondered how the car smells and looks brand new?
It's by maintaining a car wash every other day or as needed if that one passenger decides to up chuck behind you after binge drinking.
With Valet car was that has reasonable priced monthly unlimited car washes with free vacumes and a franchise that seem to be popping up at convenient cities (in NJ), Valet Car Wash IS the primera car wash to have at your convenience.
