Purchased an item through an auction and was informed that this store would be responsible for shipping. Item was dropped off at the store on June 25th. I waited for them to contact me, but that never happened. I emailed them; no response. I called; was told that only the manager deals with auction items. Emailed them again on August 12th (yes, almost two months later) and was told that there was a "note" that they had left me a voicemail...absolutely false. Was also informed today that to ship my item, it would cost "around $50.00"...ridiculous (the USPS could do it for half that cost). Terrible communication and customer service. In my opinion, there are better, more reliable options out there...save yourself a headache a use one of them.

Considering the power was out due to storms, you would think the store would let people know if they are operating normally the next day. Instead, they ignore the phone. Actually, this location is the only one that ignores the phone and always has lol. Yikes, do better.

They charged me a dollar for a 6 inch piece of tape for not having a sealed box on an Amazon return because I wasn't sure if one or both items needed to be included inside before turning them over. What a moronic way to lose a customer going forward.

I have used this UPS store many times to mail packages and I have used their notary service. They have outstanding customer service.

The Kid, they have working there doesn’t answer the phone and claims that his manager told him not to. He has a nasty attitude. He refused to reach out to his manager in regards to him being told not to answer the phone refused to give his name so that I could report the issue to corporate. The store is filthy You can’t print anything because the printer broken Kid claims has been broken for a while and that the person was supposed to be there Friday a week ago. I told him I wasn’t leaving the store until he reached out to his manager, which he continue to refuse to do, but then I found his managers name on a business card so I left and now I plan on dealing with corporate and regards to the unprofessionalism .

I usually have had good experiences at this store with the employees being courteous and friendly. I had a UPS package delivered to this store and when I went to pick it up they said I needed to pay $10. At no time was I told there would be a fee to have it shipped to this store by either the vendor or UPS. I thought it was pretty trivial to charge me that given all the business I've done at this store. I won't be returning.

Had a killer time at Jason's UPS Store! The staff there rocked – super chill and made shipping a breeze. The place was very tidy, and Jason's crew gave off good vibes. If you need to ship stuff hassle-free, this spot is the way to go. Five stars, no doubt!

I just love how great the employees and the owner and how sweet they’ve been to me all these years I’ve been coming here. They helped me ship out my giant 7 ft kanye west pillow to Peru to my friend juancho hernamgomez. He’s the biggest Kanye fan of all time and wanted to ship him something cool to add to his room. I couldn’t thank the ups store team anymore

Sometimes when I’m lonely, I go to the UPS Store in Bordentown to talk with the employees. Very friendly staff knowledgeable in customer service. On rare occasions, I ship my garden-grown bananas to my friend, Abdullahzir, who lives in Brunei. He always says they arrive within a week. For such a foreign place, the price is reasonable priced. The UPS Store in Bordentown is a MUST visit!

I’ve never had an issue at this store. Always pleasant and helps me out if I need it. I didn’t have cash on me to print something and the owner told me to not to worry about it and bring it next time and still allowed me to print and ship my item. Always a pleasure!
