This specific store does not accept Amazon QR labels or more than 4 Amazon packages at one time. Other UPS stores do not have these limits.

I usually use UPS to drop off my Amazon packages. I never have any problems the employees are always quick & efficient.

This location has lost 3 of my packages - two Amazon returns and now Amazon wants to charge me for not receiving the item AND a large expensive package that was never received by the company I returned it to.

I’ve never received bad service here. The gentleman who works the front during the day is always very friendly and efficient and I never have any issues when printing, faxing or even when I use to return Amazon items. My printer stops working regularly so it’s nice to have this location so close as a back up. Thank you for the great service!

FYI you can no longer drop off Amazon returns with a QR code at this location. Super inconvenient. Other than that the staff was always nice but this change is really upsetting since there's not many UPS stores near me.

I’ve stopped using this UPS location.
Unsure if it is the store owner or manager but they have a poor attitude and there are too many other convenient locations with friendly or even just ambivalent employees to put up with the negativity that seemed a consistent feature of the Bordentown location.

Paid $200 to overnight an urgent package on Thursday for a Friday arrival. It now will not arrive until Tuesday. Called the UPS call center and they said I had to contact the store directly. I have called multiple times across multiple days and the phone is not picked up and there is no voicemail option. We will be disputing the charge on our credit card. Next time go to FedEx.

Dropped an urgent 'UPS NEXT DAY AIR' package at this store early Friday evening, they sent it with a ground package on Sunday to the distribution center, So no chance of it arriving on time unspoilt.. It has no chance of arriving before Tuesday, so the same timeframe as the 'UPS GROUND', for 5 times the price..
UPS central has agreed to refund me for failing to meet their obligations but that in no way will cover the costs associated with this lack of service or care.
Reading the other reviews associated with this store it seems that poor service is a regular occurrence.
If it's time sensitive, send it with someone else...

The associates at this location including the owner have a bad attitude. I've experienced it first hand and stopped going to this location for a while even though it's closest to me ,when I was most recently in i watched the associate give other customers attitude for amazon returns. Nothing will probably change since the owner is a part of the problem.

Not very pleasant. The person at the counter seems like they don't want to be there and they do not like their job. It is always some kind of inconvenience to send something. I do not wish to go back.

I paid for a family heirloom to be 2 day shipped om a Friday. It was to be delivered on Sunday at 12 noon. I went there on Tuesday and talked to the owner about it. It is Wednesday night at 10pm and it is not there yet. My husband passed. It was a ring that his grandfather and father wore. My husband wore and when he passed it was to be given to his only nephew. I will never trust this Bordentown Ups again. I don't recommend using this company. I normally use the post office. My sister in law wanted me to use Fed X. I don't have one in my area. I am not sleeping over this in the hands or UPS. Beware of trusting this company with your hearts treasures.
