Had to have my miniature poodle Shadow put to sleep after being groomed here due to blunt force injury to her lower spine…I was asked by my vet if she had taken a bad fall or been hit by a car…also in the past she came home with a bad cut on the neck which became badly absessed and required treatment at Columbus animal hospital….I would not go here

Absolutely amazing! I brought in my goldendoodle and my mom's yorkie and they both came out looking incredible! She did an excellent job and was very nice and pleasant. Also, very communicative and listened to what we wanted! Tomatoe and Shadow thank you!

Wonderful to have the personal touch from Cindy the owner. We have been going there for years without a problem. The dogs always come back looking great and happy. She treats each of them like her own!

This is the worst place I have ever brought my Australian Shepherd to! I went in asking for a trim and for her nails to be clipped. She came out completely shaved. Also when my boyfriend and I went in there the one working who is an older lady with white hair and glasses was screaming at the poor dogs and hitting the cages. They weren't even listening to us when we went in and told them what we wanted then charged us 70$. I almost started crying when I saw my dog. Due to her being older she can now have issues with growing her coat back and full. Also this is a horrible time for this to happen since its nice out now we can't even have her out in the sun because she's so susceptible to sun burn. Who ever gave these people a license for being able to handle dogs must be out of their mind.

I will never go here again. They canceled my appt without telling me, didn't open so I drove 40 minutes for nothing and when I called she simply acted like it was no big deal, her car broke down and she claims to have left me message. This however is untrue, I have no missed calls, no messages, nothing.
