Customer service was not apparent in the stylists interaction. Doubting the customer and questioning everything while displaying a confused and annoyed face should not be happening. Not everyone feels like having a conversation especially while making them feel uncomfortable!

Unfortunately a bad experience.
I came in for a simple hair cut request with short on the side and only half an inch off the top. It started out fine and we were almost done when the stylist seemed to have trouble blending the back of my head / cowlick. She ended up asking a colleague who seemed more senior for help who then tried to blend. She ends up clipping the entire area around the cowlick saying "you don't mind that we cut it off, right?" But this was after she had already buzz cut it. She then proceeds to re-clip, taper, and re-blend until I am left with a much shorter haircut that is asymmetric as well. She states that with cowlicks you can "either leave it long or you need to cut it off." Well, I wanted to leave it long - she just never asked. Now I need to grow it out anyway so it will look weirder for longer than if she had left it.
They should not switch out the stylist mid cut without that person asking the client how they want their hair cut.

Debby did good job. But I m very disappointed that Milt is no longer there. Loved how he cut my hair and very pleasant man. The turn over in that location is awful. I hope you will bring Milt back. Before he left I tried online to book him but name never there but I knew his days. That was rude on management part.
Stylist: Erik was my Stylist and he is awesome. Very pleasant and listens to how you want ur hair. I'm very glad he is Back!

I was lucky enough to get a haircut from Debbie today. Let me tell you, the best thing going in Bordentown, New Jersey is stylist Debbie at Supercuts, ACME Commons. All the ladies have noticed my haircut, and they recommend Debbie as well! I hope this review won't make her too busy to cut my hair in 4-6 weeks, but if it does, I'll just book an appointment!

Sarah is the best!!! We love going to her. She’s professional and just the sweetest stylist. She cuts my hair and all my daughters hair!!! We always feel beautiful!! She’s amazing!! She listens to what we want and cuts our hair just like the picture we show her. Five stars definitely!!
