“I recently visited the USPS location in Bordentown and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of emotions - but in the end, it was worth it!First off, a big shoutout to Robby, the clerk who went above and beyond to help me out. You see, I had previously booked an appointment at another USPS location, but the clerk there was about as helpful as a paperweight. They rudely told me that the passport personnel was not in and that there was nothing they could do - talk about a dead end! But Robby, on the other hand, was a beacon of hope. He accommodated my appointment and saved the day. He's the hero we all need but don't deserve.And the teamwork at this USPS location is just top-notch. While Robby was helping me, another clerk jumped in to assist the next customer - talk about efficiency! I don't think I've ever seen such a well-oiled machine.To top it all off, the whole process took less time than it takes me to make a cup of coffee - and trust me, I take my coffee seriously.In conclusion, if you're in need of some postal services, look no further than the USPS location in Bordentown. With Robby and the gang, you'll be in good hands.”

“I went to the UPS store on Saturday with a bunch of returns for Amazon. I didn’t realize (completely my fault) that some of the items I could bring without packaging and others needed to be boxed up. Serra was so patient and went above and beyond to help me package my items with extra boxes they had there. It took a really long time but she saved me! I know the UPS store isnt supposed to do that, and I so appreciate the help she gave me. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!”

Not what but who you should be asking is Krystal.On my visit she handled my return, refund.repurchase of the correct one and if not she left notes so someone else could follow up. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. “FABULOUS service! Needed to return something to Amazon. I called the store to make sure I could use them and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and extremely helpful. He assured me it was no problem and even answered a few questions about the shipping container and the labels. I ran over after work (maybe 5:15pm). Very organized. The UPS driver was there and loaded my box on the truck while I stood there. Couldn't have asked for better service.”

“Went online to file a claim regarding a missing package that was supposedly delivered to my central mailbox. Received a call a couple hours later from Tom from the Morrisville Post Office. He informed me that he would reach out to the mail carrier who delivered the mail that day and I would receive a call a little later with hopefully a resolution. True to his word I received a callback the package was located and he informed me that it was currently in my mailbox. I was pleased with the process and quick response and resolution.
