“I recently visited the USPS location in Bordentown and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of emotions - but in the end, it was worth it!First off, a big shoutout to Robby, the clerk who went above and beyond to help me out. You see, I had previously booked an appointment at another USPS location, but the clerk there was about as helpful as a paperweight. They rudely told me that the passport personnel was not in and that there was nothing they could do - talk about a dead end! But Robby, on the other hand, was a beacon of hope. He accommodated my appointment and saved the day. He's the hero we all need but don't deserve.And the teamwork at this USPS location is just top-notch. While Robby was helping me, another clerk jumped in to assist the next customer - talk about efficiency! I don't think I've ever seen such a well-oiled machine.To top it all off, the whole process took less time than it takes me to make a cup of coffee - and trust me, I take my coffee seriously.In conclusion, if you're in need of some postal services, look no further than the USPS location in Bordentown. With Robby and the gang, you'll be in good hands.”

“I had to get my fingerprints done here for work. This is the second or third time I've been here for prints this time was fantastic! I had Michelle today and I was in and out. I've never had prints done so effortlessly before. The last two times I was here the other woman was sweet but it took a bit to get the prints right. Not Michelle, she is definitely the best”
“This location is so inviting and friendly. The employees are very attentive and eager to help. Although every employee I've interacted with greets me with a welcoming smile, Tara being one that comes to mind, during my last two visits, David stands out like a beacon of friendliness. His enthusiasm to help me along with his knowledge for what he does left an incredibly positive impression. Both of my interactions with David were like this , which to me shows his dedication to customer satisfaction is indeed genuine. I wish more of my daily experiences could be this way in my daily life, however at least I know I'll be treated with kindness and care when I come to this Staples.”

He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. “I needed to ship something out with a prepaid label and internal qr code and James helped me out tremendously. He was courteous and ensured my labels were printed from the in store computer and even helped place the Invoice sheet on the inside without opening or tearing up the package. Such a wonderful experience and the best I've ever had at a UPS store.”

We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”
