If I could give this Bank Negative Stars, I would. I was in the area and wanted to cash my checks from work, the moment i walked in they were giving me looks. I handed the teller the checks and my i.d and she asked why I was way out here.. i didnt see why that even mattered. She then told me she couldn't cash my checks because my i.d wasn't from this area. I gave her two forms of i.d and she still refused to help me and continued to talk about me with her co workers in front of me. Then told me she couldnt cash it but could deposit the check if i had an account. So i asked to open one and was told it would take an HOUR. Why? I was the ONLY ONE IN THE BANK smh
So i asked my white girlfriend come in, to help me and their story changed real quick. They lied to her and said they couldn’t cash the checks because of my bosses account not because of my i.d. They refused to help me so we left and went to another pnc down the road where they were able to help me with no problem! If it looks like racism and feels like racism..guess what its racism.

The bank tellers were the worst they didn’t wanted to make a check for me just because it was a big amount. I was fortunate to speak to the supervisor MARBELY she helped me a lot and made them make them check for me. The supervisor was amazing but the bank tellers the worst get rid of them

Don't linger in the parking lot during a snow emergency to catch your bearings or they'll call the cops on you I'll never bank with them.

This is one of the best pnc locations!I do business with them everydayFor 12 years everyone is always Is professional but today I actually dealt with the most Unprofessional banker of all times (Trisha Kohnow)one out of 60 I ever dealt withDisrespectful and ignorant person I ever dealt with in my life pnc need to send her back for training!

NEVER EVER CLOSE THIS LOCATION:1. Convenient off of NJ Turnpike, Rte 206, Rte 130, and 2952. This location is always organized, professional, and functional.3. Louella is super kind, professional, candid, and patient. What a superstar! She is very kind and pleasant!4. This IS the GOLD standard of customer service each and every time!

Went there today and was lied to by the branch manager who didn't want to take the time to help me. Had to drive 35 minutes out of my way only to have to wait another 45 minutes. I think I will be changing banks. PNC is getting so commercialized and has really forgotten about the customer.

This PNC has only two lanes on the backside of it. One to exit (right) and one for the ATM/teller (left). There’s no sign to guide people to stay to the left for the ATM/Teller or to leave the right lane open for those trying to exit the branch. So good luck getting out if you’re not there for the tell or ATM! Terrible operation logistically during these times of COVID. All they have to do is paint the lane for teller/ATM or exit or even easier PUT UP A SIGN.Also, they’re only taking appointments only. However, even with the branch empty they weren’t taking any of the people standing outside despite the very long line blocking the exit because cars don’t know what lane is for which and there’s only one remote teller.

The people here are friendly, and they are also helpful. I hate going to the bank, except when I have a large check to cash out for myself, yet that rarely happens! Even still, coming here is fine enough, where I don't have to think about all of my financial problems, since the tellers do help out whenever an issue comes up, so I don't have to stress over it.
