“Appreciate can bring your own sheet to test lying on mattress(s) you are interested in purchasing.The store agent at time of my purchase was fairly new but took the time to answer all my concerns and even humbly called the manager on the phone when he needed proper direction or needed assistance answering my ? while present. Showed patience & excellent custom service??.Only recommendation is to listen better to specific concern or question customer has because often unnecessary to answer starting from the beginning.However still rated my experience with 5 stars because of above comments & rep was willing to listen to the 1 recommendation. “THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE! I went shopping for some furniture here because some friends recommended it. Had a snack baggie of Cheerios while I was looking around.
