“I needed to ship something out with a prepaid label and internal qr code and James helped me out tremendously. He was courteous and ensured my labels were printed from the in store computer and even helped place the Invoice sheet on the inside without opening or tearing up the package. Such a wonderful experience and the best I've ever had at a UPS store.”
“This UPS store on base is great. Sunny was so helpful and professional. He notarized some forms for us. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”
