I stopped in a lobby, on my way to richmond. I was thinking of booking for the night. I used the lobby restroom. Their sink doesn't work in the lobby restroom. When I told the clerk I needed to wash my hands she said we don't have any sinks for non-clientele. This was just after I had used their facility and there was nothing for me to do in regards to washing my hands. It's an unsanitary place in my opinion and to be avoided.

Stayed over a week for ThanksgivingTo start off the room was huge but the toilet kept running every 2 and half minutes. Told manager she said the will have someone in the morning. Not one person showedI had to turn bed because they are so old. Cable was cutting in and out. The TV took long to change stationsBreakfast was OK probally 5 out of 10. OJ was watered down. Pet friendly but you have to pay $25 a night. Worst thing was I was up most of the night because they are right next to Loves truck stop so you hear all the big rigs all night

I stayed at this hotel for one night last week. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space to store things for a night's stay and lots of tabletop space for computers and other electronics. Bedding was comfortable and clean.The breakfast area was relatively empty that day and so plenty of space. All items in the breakfast were refilled sufficiently. The staff at the breakfast area and the front desk were quite friendly and attentive.I am particularly sensitive to how easy it is to use the sink and shower in the bathroom. I have found many hotels, even higher priced ones, have a design where I keep hitting the sink while washing my hands and have to repeat wasting critical time in the morning when I am trying to get to work. The design of the sink and the faucet was excellent - simple but very well made to wash your hands quickly and feel clean. Other hotels should take note of this aspect. Nothing very aesthetic but this is the easiest to use I have seen in many years of staying at hotels.I have stayed in many brands comparable to Hampton Inn and I generally find Hampton Inn to be the most consistent in quality amongst them. That said, I had lower expectations from this hotel as it was in a somewhat sleepy town but this is one of the better Hampton Inn properties I have stayed in. I don't look for luxury, just something clean, functional and efficient.

Passing through town for military event. Location was good, not far from the base. The room was very clean but lacking amenities. Most of the charging ports didn’t work. No pictures on the wall gave it a dorm room feeling. Breakfast was tasty. Did not receive complimentary water bottles upon check in. Overall experience was over priced in my opinion.

Military members beware - Recently stayed for four nights. Told me the average for each night would be about $175. Turns out that wasn't true. The first night was $175, the third night was $200, and the fourth night was $135. All good... But day two, Friday, was $405!!!! Do you know why they do this, because they knew it was a reservist weekend and they're doing what they can to steal money from our military members serving on JBMDL. I would avoid this place, especially if you only need to be there for the weekend.UPDATE: Tried to call, told me no managers are around, suggest I try to call again another time. Tried next day in AM, still no managers. Oh well. PLEASE BEWARE.

Great place for overnight rest, but a lot of truck noise. Don't get a corner room unless you enjoy the rhythm of the road.

This Hampton is losing its legs. First off everything just seems busted and old. First thing I noticed when I got into my room was the bed, poorly made and stains on the sheets, smelled musty like they were from the previous guest. I asked for it to be remade which they did, again bed was made poorly, the sheets literally hanging off the ends and not pulled tight. Bed linens are the most uncomfortable ever and very itchy. The breakfast was decent, however everything on the coffee bar was dusty, it would only take a moment to wipe down things that every guest touches. I won't be staying here again.

Joseph cooks the best breakfast food, especially omelets. He is diligent and keeps the breakfast area super clean always wiping the counter off of crumbs and accidentally dropping food. For the freshest breakfast come out at 6:15 AM every day you stay. In addition room service is spot on they clean everyday if you request it. The location is near amazing food places I recommend 1. Chickie’s & Pete’s 2. Rossi’s Bar and Grill 3.Crab Du Jour

Beautiful rooms, clean clean, friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds, best hotel in bordentown area. Hilton is always nice.Rooms: Super nice and comfortableNearby activities: Nearby truck stop with a 'Wendy's' and a 'Loves' gas station / store. Wawa is also close by.Safety: Well it parking lot safe environment!

I have stayed at this hotel several times when I am in the area for an equestrian event. Overall I find the hotel to be safe, clean, good location I terms of proximity to where I need to be, comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. This past visit to the hotel I found trash on the floor next to my bed, some of the bath towels were dirty and there was no hot water in the shower. Not thrilled with this visit however I would stay there again because it’s convenient and one of the better locations in the area.Safety: Some of the hotels in this area do not feel so safe but this one does.

A nice clean hotel with a great breakfast. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was spacious, and a good value. I’ll be back if I return to Bordentown.Food & drinks: Nice breakfast options with hard-working staff.

Good value. Clean room, polite staff. No complaints.Rooms: Room was comfortable and clean. TV system was a little clunky but had most of the channels I watch.Food & drinks: Complementary breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, Danish/muffins, fruit, toppings for the waffles, juices, coffee, and more.

Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and good towels in the bathroom. Parking lot isn't very big. Breakfast area was laid out differently than all other Hilton products I have used. It's like a U shaped counter in a side closet. You have to wait to get inside. Front desk staff was marginal and this is 4 out of the last 5 Hilton stays where my digital key didn't work.

Clean, fine, normal Hampton experience. I like Hampton and I would give it 5 stars but Hampton just aren’t 5 star places. Staff was very nice, room was clean, the bathroom worked and was clean. Breakfast, WiFi, and parking all included. Nice workout room which was separate from the cardio room. Very close to the exit. I would stay again for sure.
