Not helpful went in for a life support asthma inhaler and was told to check back in the morning they are in the process of restocking shelves. OK guess I'll die today and send my wife to get one in the morning. Smh and the pharmacy staff didn't even know what it was Wow No good

I went for a pneumonia vaccine n pick up medicine last Sat night. Hadir said only 4 min left, get insurance card very quickly. Couldn't do vaccine, She said I must have appt for that. So I called next day and made appt. Monday I went for the appt , her associate said no need appt for pneumonia vaccine. Waiting in the room, and I was told they out of inventory. The gentleman asked me did she (Hadir) check the stock when she made the appt? Is that question I should answer?5 min later, I got a text saying my appt was cancelled.That place is very rude!! And lies to make you get out of doorHer name is Hadir. Bad attitude make her remembered.

Prescription was called in at 1:15, came at 6 to pick it up, was told to wait 30 minutes for them to fill it. Sitting there 40 minutes later I was told to wait 30 more minutes to pick it up. 30 more minutes goes by they tell me it's out of stock.Also, website says pharmacy hours are until 9, hand-written sign says 7. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I have been into this CVS on 5 occasions for random makeup items. 4 of the 5 times the pharmacy has been closed for various reasons at different times of the day. Once at 10am on Wednesday, for a break, so the gates were closed and a line began to form. Another time on Saturday from 1-2pm all 5 employees closed for lunch!!! Well it got rowdy this time with customers complaining and trying to open the gates as the pharmacy staff continued ignoring everyone. Thankfully I don’t use this pharmacy as there is a fabulous one right down the road, MAST Pharmacy! They never close during business hours. This pharmacy is horrible, especially for a new business. I’d never use them.

I recently visited the Bordentown CVS on two separate occasions and I must say, my experience was consistently outstanding. On both visits, I was greeted by Jordan who was professional, welcoming, and a pleasure to communicate with. He went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met, and I was thoroughly impressed by his level of engagement and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.What impressed me most was the clean and positive atmosphere of the store. The environment was inviting and the staff exuded a genuine care for their customers. This type of engagement is rare in most similar stores, so it was a refreshing change of pace.Having visited the store twice now, I can attest to the consistency of the customer service. Both of my interactions with the staff were fulfilling and exceeded my expectations. Jordan and his colleagues were knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel valued as a customer.Overall, I highly recommend the Bordentown CVS for anyone looking for a store with engaged and knowledgeable staff. The positive energy and clean atmosphere make for a welcoming shopping experience, and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you, Jordan, for your excellent service on both occasions!

Severely understaffed. My wife was trying to call this place this morning. Nobody picked up. When someone finally answered she immediately put my wife on hold and hung up after two minutes.I finally decided to come here and see if her prescription is ready. As I’m typing this I’m waiting for the pharmacist to come talk to me. It’s been 15 minutes. I’m the only one here and I see the pharmacist is the only inside working hard filling medicine but no one to help her.At least hire one more person to help her!

When my localPharmacy was out of my medicine, they did a search for the nearest location. The cvs Bordentown came up as the closest. Before making the trip, I called the pharmacy to make sure. Mark answered the phone and went above and beyond to help me. He contacted my pharmacy to have it transferred ( the hold time was 45 mins when I tried it myself) and even helped me with the manufacturers coupon. Upon arrival, mark had my med waiting for me, knowing how far I had to drive. He was kind, professional, and efficient. Thank you mark! I Hope cvs gives you a big Christmas bonus! You deserve it! And thanks again!!!

Never been so impressed with a pharmacy and its staff. I was looking over the kids cold medicine trying to find a solution to my sons cough. The pharmacist noticed my confusion and kindly walked over to help. This sort of care and service is rare these days. Shoutout also to the friendly cashier who greeted everyone that entered with a smile.

Brand new location. Super friendly staff. This was the first time someone welcomed me to a CVS location. This isn't the biggest CVS store but they definitely have a little bit of everything. A welcomed addition to the area that was in need of a store like this.
