This branch has been partially demised. The atm drive-through is great. It's a shame that the greed of the management team and subsequent regulatory fines result in tellers and managers losing their jobs as they have in Boonton.

Literally the best, most personable bank ever. You need to make appointments for accounts and such but Bob, who is an absolute sweetheart had me in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

wow the attention is excellent, if I could give her 100 stars I would give it to her, Giuliana Acevedo the manager is a sweetheart, she is an excellent person, super grateful to her for having helped me, she is super cute, sweet. my experience was great, and the good thing is that he speaks Spanish and can help you in Spanish. excellent service .

My experience here at Wells Fargo was a smooth and a rather quick process with a team that clearly was willing to help not only the customer but also one another. This isn't something you typically see with most branches. Alejandra was the first to greet my son and I while helping me with my transactions she had my little guy feel like he was a part of their family. I'm glad to see there's still banks that truly care for the people.

Good customer service fluctuates here! Last time I came a very nice gentleman helped with out in addition to, two Hispanic women. All were very helpful and made my experience super easy. Unfortunately, my last visit was not the same as my first. The teller who helped me second time around was Pronita. She was quite rude while explaining their policy and was unpleasant for the majority of the time she helped me. When asked if I would like to open an account with them; I said no thank you, not with your customer service. I then gathered the money I cashed and left. If it's not the gentleman teller with blonde hair helping me out, I will not be going to this location ever again. Very disappointed in the choice of Wells Fargo's employees.

Pronita is my girl and this WF is great. Usually not busy, very fast service, and has a drive thru and ATM outside. God bless
