Great experience at the Victra Verizon store at 540 Myrtle Ave, Boonton NJ. Dan is extremely nice and very attentive, spent a lot of time making sure he got me out the door fully satisfied with what I came in for - all set up with my new device. Excellent customer service. Will be going back again for sure. Keep up the good work.

Never go here. I was completely scammed and told I wasn't eligible for a deal when I was. I went in the next day to get the phone I was able to get and after a lot of discussion I was finally told I WAS able to get the phone I was entitled to. After many hours of dealing with them, it was still not fixed when I got my bill. I ended up speaking with the Verizon customer service who were great and fixed it all. If I didn't, I would have been charged nearly $75 EXTRA every month. Completely unprofessional and shady business.

Dan is EXCELLENT! He spent almost his whole day assisting my husband and I with new devices and accessories. He took the time to help us understand the plans, price breakdown and the setup of each device we walked out with. Dan is extremely knowledgeable, patient, smart and professional. The worst place I've ever been. They never returned my calls, left me on hold for a half hour. I ordered a watch in November and I still haven't gotten it. No one calls and it's the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Customer service was awesome at this store. Emirhan worked tirelessly to make sure each customer was satisfied to the best of his ability. It was a busy night but customers waited knowing that Emirhan was working as quickly as he could to complete each customer’s service.

Very well recieved location to do business. Not a corporate store. Call ahead just in case they can't assist. I dealt with Danny to hook me up with a new phone. No issues what so ever. Not out to scam. They need to make a living to. If you are nice to them they will go out of their way to do what you need. They will go the extra mile if you qualify for discounts. If I ever need to do any more business I think I found my Verizon home.

Customer service was exceptional at this store. Dan worked with me to upgrade my phone and get me the best deals on a new plan. He even helped me register my iPhone protector case. The store manager, Mario, made it a point to come over and introduce himself and offer any additional help if needed. Highly recommend.

Needed new glass for my screen. Dan removed my broken glass and replaced it with the new one. He took his time and did a great job. We talked a bit, nice kid. I'll go back to this location.
