Alex, customer service rep, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Never did I feel rushed and Alex explained the process in detail.

Customer service was excellent and we got some really great deals, some of which were suggested and provided by Verizon for being regular customers. Just keep in mind that getting a new phone usually requires an appointment and is a 2+ hour process.

Dan was awesome. He was very helpful and thorough throughout the entire process of getting new phones, watches, wifi, and switching carriers. The process was long but he made it go by super fast. Dan is the best!
