Absolutely scorched my foot with boiling hot water. After I communicated that it was too hot she added cold water for about 5 seconds and asked me to try again. It was still too hot (obviously). Then another 5 seconds of cold water after which I told her I'd just wait for it to cool down. Totally burnt the skin on my foot.

I went for a manicure/pedicure. To tell you it was bad isn't fully giving it justice. The girl was new everyone kept giving her directions, since I spoke Spanish I was hearing there directions I couldn't just sit back and relax, I had to watch her, she wanted to wait until both feet had no polish to place them in water. Then she left one toe nail misshaped and she barely filed and shaped the other. After giving her directions she made the corrections but missed 2 other parts of the pedicure. No hot stone and long massage. By the time I finished I told the owner what had happened but he was more concerned about if I had paid. Never returning. Not worth it.

Not going to lie, I fully intended on getting a pedicure across the street at the new place but I was a little too early and they were still closed. I'm trying all the places in the neighborhood because they all stink when it comes to pedicures. The owner was nice and took me as a walk in. Salon is dated with really terrible massage chairs, but I got a nice leg massage from the tech. Nothing too special here but I appreciate being able to get in on the fly. Good selection of colors!

Went here when my normal place (AA Nails) didn't have availability. Tiffanys charged me $30 more for a fill than I normally pay and then when one of them broke three days later, the owner charged me for the repair (he was well aware I had just been in). Shit product and shit business practices. I won't be back.

We'll they were the nicest people,especially Alice was the nicest ever and I can't believe how they have made a totally flip to' nasty!!! I was leaving and had just given the girl who did my pedicure her tip , the owner did not see it. as I was walking by he yelled to me did you give a tip? I said yes he said ok. I didn't care much for that! So another month went by and I went again and in witnessing the argument between the owner (his wife) and a client, I think that was the last straw. They were arguing because they want 20% tip for every service. Well I think they should raise their prices if they're not making enough money but to demand a certain amount of tip is wrong! So when all is said and done I don't know what happened to these very nice people, they became rude and arrogant... to bad they're going to lose a lot of customers

I love this placeThey are professionals. I always do mani and pedi here. I have try other places and didn’t like it. Here at Tiffany nails I stay! If you want a great experience plus friendly and professional staff, here is the place to go.Also every time I come to do my nails I get back massage !!! And it’s amazing is the best!!!I posted pictures this time I got my nails done by Reyna ( Queen ) I always love the final results here !!Service: Gel manicures

They charged me $5 for their customer loyalty card which I wasn't thrilled about but bought because I planned to keep going there. No issues with the mani/pedis but had a legwax there and the worst I had in years. Thought I was going to end up with bruises. Won't be going back.

I have been going to this nail salon for 2 years now and have always left satisfied. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy going there. They always do amazing job with manicure of any kind and pedicure. I highly recommend this place and have recommended to few of my friends and it’s their favorite spot now too.

Discovered this nail salon in town today and so glad for it! The nail tech took her time on my mani and made sure to get everything just right. Brow tech also killed it! Will be going back.

Alice is so rude. Unless you want to hear her scoff and say unnecessary rude comments don’t see her ever and the prices are ABSURD for the nails I receive. The nails are fine but not worth 70 plus tip. They break so easy even if they’re short. Ive heard other people in the salon talking about theirs breaking too. I also have a small infection on one finger after going here a few times and that’s never happened while going anywhere else for the entire 5 years I’ve been getting my nails done. Also first time going I was expecting to get acrylic because on the phone they said they can do that and found out once she started doing my nails that they only do UV gel. I gave them a few chances after Alice being rude since the first time I ever went and after what happened today I am never going back. Never wrote a bad review before for anywhere but this feels very necessary. Overall I think this is the worst nail salon I’ve been to and would personally never recommend going here.Service: Acrylic nails

BE AWARE OF POOR QUALITY NAIL POLISH!!I was really hoping to give them a 5 star review today for professionalism and customer service but unfortunately, they failed miserabky at both. The pictures are my nails just a few hours after leaving the salon on my previous visit. I called Alice and explained how my nails smudged within just a few hours. She asked my take pictures and said she would redo them and added that she couldn’t believe they didn’t dry properly as I spent more than 30 minutes drying them. I went in today for the redo appointment she committed to and was totally ignored and treated quite badly (they made it clear they did not want me there). There was no ‘hello’ greeting like there had been in the past and they refused to redo my toenails and said I had to pay for that to be done. This appointment was to give them a chance to correct their mistake, why am I to pay for this and to be treated with such disregard and disrespect? I have spent well over $500 at this salon over this past year, I didn’t deserve this attitude or behavior. I have proven my loyalty to them and they acknowledged their mistake and asked me to come in to to address it but failed so miserably at correcting it.Services: Pedicures

I usually have such good nails here but today I got my nails done and can never go back I gave a picture and they said they could do it and they turned out so bad. If she had just said I can't do this I would have been okay with it gel is 35 and they charged me 20 extra for a design that they didn't even get right. I couldn't even fix them cause I had to go to work so I just paid the 55 and left. I was crying the whole time please don't go here for design nails.Service: Gel manicure

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been here on multiple occasions. But today I experienced the worst experience ever. I had a 12:00 appointment and I knew I would have wait a bit because i booked the appointment not too long before the actual time. I arrived a little early and was greeted by a lady and she asked me If i had an appointment I told her I had a 12' and asked her if I have time to go and grab a coffee she said yes of course you have time. So I'm like great. I come back less than 5 mins later and sit down on the couch next to the girl that came in behind me. We wait a couple more minutes and the lady calls her over and starts doing her nails. I'm ok with it because I realized she's treating her nails to remove the gel and I know she has to sit with the remover for a while since I always get the same thing. While she's doing that another lady walks in. She also has an appointment for 12:00. They quickly sit her down at the pedicure station. Which I find weird since I'm also getting a pedicure and by the time she arrived already waited 10 mins. So I'm like whatever I brush it off. The lady comes back after 15 mins of waiting and hands me the colors of dip powder to choose from. She comes back a minute later and tells me to go sit on the chair. Mind you I still haven't chosen what color I want. So I tell her and she gets annoyed and starts talking in Chinese to who I assume is the manager from all the times I've been in. I told her I wish you would have given me the colors sooner since I was waiting for a while. She ignores me and asks me how short I want it. I tell her you can just cut them off since I'm doing tips. She tells me she has no time for tips as she's already cutting down all my nails. Im like are you serious why wait to cut my nails off to tell me that. She starts talking to the manager again in Chinese. And tells me she cant do them. I'm like well you already cut off all my nails. At this point I'm really upset because my nails were long some where uneven since they broke but could have easily been evened out if she had told me sooner she couldn't do tips. I'm literally in the verge of tears at this point because I really don't like short nails as they make my hands look fatter. I know so trivial but I'm going to AC this weekend gambling so you know my nails will be in focus at the tables!!!At this point she's still going but I tell her no I want tips so I'm going to leave if you cant do them. She then tells me fine I'll do tips for 70. Im like woah that's 20 more than I usually pay here. And she continues to give me excuses about the price. And she's like let's do manicure we leave that for next time. I'm like ok let's do that. She asks me what I color I want I'm like I didn't get a chance to look at them because I was looking at the dip powder colors. Im so frustrated at this point because I fell so overwhelmed and rushed and can't even get what I want. So I'm like can we just please do the powder dip with tips. I'll pay whatever. So she annoyingly starts doing my cuticles, rushing through it and not even actually doing anything to them. I'm this point I'm like if you don't want to do them don't do them. I'm going to to have to leave. I'll pay for this. And she's like it's ok you don't have to pay. But I insist on paying because I'm no broke b**** money was never the problem. I just want it done right. And she clearly acted like she had better things to do. I walk up to the register and insist on paying. And she's like no we won't charge you. I left before I could say anything rude out of anger because I didn't want to be a Karen.
