This is now my fifth year at Star, the coaches are so welcoming and everyone truly strives for excellence. My team (Junior chrome) won the summit, the coaches are so dedicated to what they do. I know I can always go to my coaches if I have a personal problem or an athletic problem. This gym is my second home and I couldn’t be happier with it!!

Owner/Coach Lee Grobstein knows his trade, but is not a good leader of young people. I'm fact, he cut my daughter, a leader on the elite team, because her mom questioned him and his refusal to change the routine. He took out his anger on an innocent 16 yr old. He berated her during practice, making her cry. He questioned her commitment to the team and made her feel terrible. She was skipping her Jr prom for cheer. She dropped off her HS cheer team because it conflicted with Star's schedule. She just started HS track, but skipped meets that conflicted with Star's schedule. She's the most committed athlete on the team. There's no question she was a leader. Then yells at her "why are you crying" as she's trying to get through the practice. This is behavior of a bully and unacceptable for a coach. You have to know how to motivate each athlete. They aren't the same. And for her to be such a good athlete that all the girls respected, just being cut because her mom questioned his coaching is unacceptable! Very bad! Join at your own risk.

Best decision we ever made. My daughter has been at Star for 3 seasons going on her fourth. The coaches are outstanding, they teach these kids how to be strong, respectful athletes and that this sport is not just about being winners. It’s about creating memories and having amazing experiences. The owner Lee is not your typical businessman. Your child is not just a number to him. He is not only a coach to some of the teams but he makes every cheerleader know that he truly knows them. He knows their names, he tells them how good their jumps are getting or he saw a new skill that was learned. He is at very competition front and center cheering our kids on along with their coaches. The confidence my daughter has gained…i have no words. The office staff is extremely helpful and always go that extra mile to make sure all questions are answered and needs are met. I can go on and on. If I could give them 10 Stars I would!!!!

My girls just completed their first season at Star. They are extremely happy and so am I. Star is professional, organized and transparent in their pricing. Margie at the front desk always has an answer for any question you may have. The owner Lee knows cheer inside and out. His enthusiasm is contagious at cheer comps. The coaches are amazing and want to see the athletes succeed. We are looking forward to many years at Star.

Star Athletics is so much more than a cheer gym. It is a sanctuary where athletes go to learn, grow and bond. It is a family where athletes and their families alike find amazing friendships and support. The Star leadership builds a culture of resilience where teams learn to rise, fall and overcome together. Their coaches and staff are world-class. We just completed our 3rd season at Star and can’t wait to continue for seasons to come.

Star Athletics is Top Notch. Words can not express just how much we value everything that Star has to offer. The Owner & Staff are absolutely incredible. They are all very easy to talk to and always available when needed. My daughter has never been happier! It’s our Home Away from Home.

this is my second season at star athletics, and i’ve never felt so welcomed by any other gym! everyone is so welcoming and accepting, and you step in and feel right at home. they work on improving and supporting you through everything as well! the star way ⭐️

We have had 4 great years here and ready to start year 5! The owner and coaches are all amazing. Good communication, organized, and most importantly, teaching my daughter great sportsmanship.

It took us a few stops to find our daughter's cheer home. We are finishing up our third year at Star, and neither her nor I could be happier that we chose Star. They have really nutured and helped my daughter grow in so many ways. It's fantastic to be part of a winning gym, which Star is, but it's priceless to find a place your child feels at home. Thank you Star!

I have 2 girls who are athletes at Star Athletics. I couldn’t be happier with not only their training and performance but also with the emphasis the coaches put on sportsmanship and integrity. The owner is transparent and honest about everything.

Just wrapping up our first year at Star- could not be happier! From the coaching to the organization of the Gym, they really blew away my expectations . If you want the best , you have to go to the best! So happy we made the move to Star Athletics last year !!

In just the few shorts months here my daughter is so happy we chose The Star Way ! They put the work into how they train each athlete. The fact that their staff turn around is nearly zero says a lot ! Coach’s that have been working here from day one or after their cheer career says a lot about Lee . Cant wait to see what this year has in store

My daughter came to Star Athletics in October 2020 after teams were made and been together for a while. The season ends at the summit with her team winning the superbowl of cheer, coaches telling her how great it is to have and achieving her dream of winning at Disney. Great place is an unstatement.
