Completely rude when asked basic questions on the phone. Worst customer service experience in my life. I called to ask for assistance and was blown off and belittled. Disgusted with this branch and leaving Santander.

Ketal was the banker who helped open up my account. Very professional and outgoing, I could not have asked more. Process was also very quick and seamless which made it even better. 5 stars for the bank and for everyone who works there. I would highly recommend!

The worst bank to deal with never open account with this Bankthey shut your account for no reason and they don't need any reason to close you up
