I have been to This shop a few times and had services done after talking to Mike. Mike - I'm not a ex employe so no need to charge your response to my review for the 2nd time., stop ripping people off with your unethical business and overcharging your customers.
Last month, I brought in my car with a loud noise coming from the A/C. Make informed me the loud noise was coming from the Blower motor but they quotes me for over $558.... around 300+ for the parts na d 1.5 hours of labor. But the parts can be found online for less than $100 and the install was a simple 5-10 minute job of removing 5 screws, and 2 plugs to unplug. The job took me less than 10 minutes but Mike quoted me for over 1.5 hours of labor, at labor rate of $150+ per hour and charging a unreasobnal amount for the parts with crazy up mark.
It is safe to say that will be my last time coming to this shop for service due to their unethical practices and over charging their customer. . I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
EDIt: thank you for confirm you knowingly and willingly rip off your customers - it doesn't take. genius to. excretes common sense and better judgement to do ethical business. The blower was a bmw OEM that was under $200 vs the $385 you quoted plus 1.5 pop hour to repair 3 nuts... again I can have 3 blowers blow up and it would be cheaper than you ripping off customers.
I can speak to the quality of your work since I had brought in my X5 and you guys said you can do the repairs but you couldn't even install a simple headlight module and you wasted a day with the car just sitting there. It speaks volumes looking at the shop and the labor per hour charge.

I took my BMW in for some maintenance and service. Juan explained everything and what was and wasn't needed at the time. The work was great I waited about a month to post a review to make sure everything was good and I have no complaints. Highly recommend.

took my nissan 350z in for all the brakes to be done. Juan behind the desk was great. He ran me through my options and broke everything down for me. The job was done great and really quickly. I would highly recommend this shop!

New owner Lousy audi mechanic spent alot of money getting it serviced at this place and was told engine shot was told it's no good and tried to low ball me with a price to buy the car, got it in the hands of a mechanic in Clifton and for less than $1k has it running ...smh overpriced

Do nothing con artists.They charged me $250 for no aprciable work done. Brian tried to upsell me with incorect information of the condition of my truck.
