I ordered over $250 worth of flowers for my mother's 92nd birthday. Three bouquets one from each of her grandchildren and a rose cube from my husband and myself. I asked that all the flowers coordinate so that they would look nice together. They delivered all white flowers. Since the rose cube was more modern I asked that the bouquets coordinate. I did not ask for any tpye or color. Why would someone think it's a good idea to send all white flowers to 92-year-old woman. it look like a funeral!

Very very unhappy. Ordered florals for a family members birthday on a Wednesday. On Friday, saw the flowers in person and was shocked. They were half dead, and absolutely nothing like the photos listed. Looked like a $10 bouquet, maybe worse, and that’s just absurd for paying $100. Don’t waste your time and money!! Go elsewhere.

How can this florist still be in business? I received flowers on Monday from my son and 2 days later, they are dead. The arrangement was poorly put together with cheap, browning, flowers. One flower was actually broken and hanging off the arrangement. I'm also certain my son spent a lot of money on this disgraceful arrangement. This is not my first complaint against this florist. Shame on you Lindsay Village Florist. You are an embarrassment to the floral industry.

I recently ordered Mother’s Day flowers and was very disappointed with the arrangement. Within less than 12 hours of my posting a negative review, a manager reached out to me and offered a very generous resolution to the problem. By the following day a new flower arrangement was delivered which was more in line with the cost. I greatly appreciate the response and importance of my business.

I am giving two stars because at least they delivered some flowersI payed for a premium bouquet thinking that it would be the best one but it was not even close to the picture onlineThey didn’t follow the delivery instructions that i specified but that’s not as important as the flowers

We celebrated our 15 year anniversary on New Years Eve. This florist went above and beyond to make sure my parents flowers were delivered to us on time! They are beautiful! The flowers were very fresh, full, and still thriving in our home! We were very happy with the outcome and immediate attention on this order .

Our cat had terminal cancer and we wanted to find some flowers to send him off with. When we told her what they were for I could tell how empathetic she was to our situation. She immediately set to putting a small bunch together for us and it was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially during such a hard time. I can't thank you enough.

Did not get anything close to what I ordered! Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day and I couldn’t believe the picture she sent me when she received them this morning. Not only does it look nothing like what I ordered on the website, they should be disappointed with what they sent out their store. See for yourself in the pictures. Will not be ordering from again and certainly do not recommend!

My daughter ordered flowers in Nov 2020 for my anniversary, nothing like what was ordered was delivered. She called 1800flowers and was told that florist didn’t have the flowers in the arrangement she ordered so they upgraded her arrangement. Unfortunately the upgraded one was a cheaper arrangement, so she didn’t get an upgrade and lost money. 1800flowers did send another arrangement three days later. I told my girls don’t order from 1800 flowers but my other daughter is in grad school and won’t be home for Mother’s Day. The flowers just came. Looks like flowers were just put in a vase and not to mention not even the flowers that were ordered.
