I went to order parts online for a 1939 Cadillac LaSalle Opera Coupe, put in all the information and was directed to call the store for assistance. When I called I had the displeasure of speaking with the least knowledgeable and most antagonistic person on the planet. They apparently don't know anything about vehicles or the parts they sell or have anyone else available that could help. But I was told that I could figure it out myself and pay a restocking fee if I ordered the wrong part. Buy from anyone else.

I had a positive experience. Brought in my '59 Chevrolet to have radiator and wiper motor replaced. They did a fine job with good attention to small details. Job was done in about a week. Labor rate is $120/hr. which is costly but I think close to average nowadays. I'm inclined to go back to them again.

Was pretty unhappy with Kanter.. Totally led on by a guy named Joe who was their General Manager.. Paid way too much for OK work and then when it came almost time to pick my car up.. I found out that this guy Joe made a bunch of false promises and the company failed to make good on them.. Spend more time and research more reputable places for your vehicle restorations..

Stand behind when job goes sour. Do not lie to the customer!!!! Do not give a customer a car back without telling them that the shop destroyed your engine. So many items that was done incorrectly just to get the car back. I have a good list of things that went very wrong. Whoever needs GOOD feedback i will be more than glad to let you know how my experience went!
