Plus, dealing with him and his wonderful wife, Rita, was an amazing experience in and of itself. They were both so personable and genuine and down-to-earth. This is my first experience at a privately-owner jewelry store and I have to say that I will never again go back to buying from a corporately owned store. The customer service you get here made me a customer for life. (Plus, they had a gorgeous silver ring there which they made themselves and I got my boyfriend to buy it for me. ; ) They have a large selection of uniquely crafted pieces that they make themselves that you won't find in a corporately-owned store where every piece has thousands of replicas. )”
