I have been on a crazy life journey in the past few years and I always find my way back to the body shoppe because it's home. Fran & Jamie have created an atmosphere that is warm and makes you feel at ease. They challenge you in ways that only truly make you see not only results physically but mentally too! The support I have gotten from fran over the years not just in the gym but outside the gym has helped me in ways I ll never be able to say thank you enough! She inspires me physically by setting the example of true strength from within! Restarting my fitness journey this past fall has not been easy but so rewarding and continually only getting stronger and stronger and seeing INSANE results is all due to the encouragement and help from Fran!! His knowledge in what he does with his workouts is only the best of the best. They push you to points you didn't know you could go to and are the absolute best workouts. His expertise in nutrition too has helped shape that part of my journey as well! I'm so lucky and grateful to them both!So if you are contemplating maKing the investment into yourself and finding a place to start your fitness journey you cannot find a better one or people to do that with! Trust me! You won't regret it!The Best decision was signing up to work with Jamie at the Body Shoppe! After having a baby a year ago and getting stuck at a certain weight for sometime I knew I needed to make a change n find someone to help me with my goals! Jamie is the perfect person for that! He truly makes u feel like your family and pushes u in the best way to get you to your goals.
