Just a drop off. My mistake for not understanding FedEx terminology. Guy at the counter was kind enough to point me to the proper location for the services I needed which were fortunately just down the street next to the Acme complex.

I really cant critique this FedEx because i cant be totally objective. You see, the drop off is in my store. And, its just that, a drop off/pick up.

This place is listed as a FedEx facility so I drove from Montville to Boonton and asked the girl a FedEx envelope and she said we don't give out envelopes! Than she said the other Walgreen in Parsippany maybe they got envelopes? ?

Michael, a young man who took our package at the FedEx counter in the Walgreens store in Boonton, NJ, needs to stop complaining about everything and anything and learn how to be more helpful to customers. I urge the store manager to train him better or to let him go explore other more suitable opportunities in life.
