Do not go to this dry cleaners under any circumstance. I have never written a bad review for a business before, but felt it was necessary after my experience at Del's Dry Cleaners. I brought a bridesmaids dress to them to have some alterations done (slightly let out on hips, cups put in, shorten the hem and sew on a belt). The hips were let out at different spots on the dress and the one side was sewn curved, so it visually looked off (as if there should have been a pocket on that side). The cups were too big and were sewn in unevenly. The belt was not centered on the front of the dress and the ribbon was secured in an uneven way on the back. Additionally, whatever product they used to steam my dress left spots all over it. I picked up the dress with just three days before the wedding I was going to attend. I could tell the dress was not correct, but the seamstress wasn't in when I picked it up and I knew I did not want to leave it at this place for one more second. Needless to say, I had to bring it to another dry cleaners to get the belt fixed and spots out, before I could wear it to my event. Since it was so close to my event, I couldn't get the cups fixed or hips adjusted. The worst part about this experience happened when I went back to ask for a refund for the amount I spent to get it fixed at the second dry cleaners. The owner was rude, unprofessional and refused to accept any responsibility for what happened. I hope this review prevents a potential customer from experiencing the same frustration and aggravation I experienced from going to this dry cleaners. If you are looking for a good local dry cleaners, I highly recommend going to Genie Cleaners in Denville.

Took a queen sized blanket there to get dry cleaned. Picked it up and it was $43 and when i got home i unfolded it and it was filthy and tinted yellow which is not how i brought it in. It seems like it wasn't even cleaned and smells like they only used water to wash it. No bleach or detergent at all. And when i asked if they gave police or fireman discounts they couldn't have been more rude when snapping "no" back at me. Save yourself the trouble and money and go elsewhere.

fast and efficient service; sweet and personable owners. hands down, my cleaners of choice whenever i stay with my aunt and uncle. countless times has my clumsy self stained clothes/shoes with the most stubborn of substances (coffee, oil, strawberries), but dels somehow manages to clean them spotless and deliver them to my place by the end of the day - FOR FREE! oh, and they also give out the cutest holiday-themed lint rollers. what's not to love?!

My family has been coming to Dels for about 2-3 years now and have never had a reason to go elsewhere. The owners are always very friendly and willing to help. The wait time on clothing is very quick and if needed you can bring something in the morning and it'll be ready by the afternoon. Del's is an efficient, reasonably priced dry cleaners that never disappoints!

the most unprofessional rude business owners. the woman tailor/owner is ok but a few times was off. when i asked her to fix the hem, which was dragging on the floor which i would never agree too, she was rude and had to push for her to fix it. this is just one of the few issues, her husband is even worse, they actually took a button off my jacket because i didn't want them to fix it. save your time and energy, find another place

Love Preston Drugs! Personnel so friendly and helpful with suggestions and advice. They are right on top of all their customers' needs. Prefer them greatly over the larger chains because Preston can give you the individual attention you need in a pharmacist!
