They tore the cuffs of four of my brand new dress shirts, gave them to me like nothing happened, didn't even apologize after I showed them the ripped cuffs, claimed one wasn't ripped, and then refused to reimburse me for the cost of the shirts. Find somewhere else to get your clothes cleaned.

I brought my dress here in an emergency, I was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding and pulled the dress out the day before the wedding only to find there was a giant stain right in the front. Boonton Cleaners said they could get it clean in time for the wedding for me, I offered to pay them extra for same-day service since the wedding was a far drive and I planned on leaving that day to stay away overnight and had bridesmaid duties in the morning and couldn't really come all the way back for the dress. The guy insisted to me that he couldn't do it the same day and it'd be the next day. I thought I'd have to waste a lot of time on wedding day and upset my friend in order to get the dress but said ok. However, when my husband called to tell them we needed the dress that day or we would have to figure something else out, the guy was more cooperative and told HIM they could get it done the same day and gave a pick-up time of 3:30 PM. I was confused since he told me there was absolutely no way, but I was happy because this worked out perfectly since we had planned on leaving at 4. We show up at 3:30 and the dress is still balled up in the same place the man had shoved it when I dropped it off with him earlier that day, totally untouched. He'd had it for 7 hours, told us he would get it done, but then didn't even bother trying.He should have taken the extra money I was willing to give him because that stain came right off with hot water when we washed it in the hotel later that night. 15 seconds of washing, lol! Steamed it and it was perfect for the wedding, no thanks to Boonton Cleaners. Never will I ever go there again.

Had an emergency dress to be cleaned the same day for my wife in a wedding party. The owner told me he would get it done and to come at 3 30 to pick it up. When I got there, they didn't even look at the dress and no work was done. I even told him if he couldn't do it, I would take it somewhere that could get it done the same day and was in denial of what he told me. Terrible businessman will never recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.

My fiance dropped off a brand new uniform shirt to be dry cleaned here. It sat in our closet for one month before he needed it again and somehow, still in the bag, the white shirt had mold all over it. This is absolutely disgusting. We normally go to a different cleaner but he dropped it off there because it was on his way to work, but after this experience, it's safe to say we will never be going there again.

Gave them a burberry coat to reinforce buttons. They see my pocket shut and when I brought it up to their attention after returning back to the store, they laughed and said I fix it. No apologies given and apparently no f either.Service: Alterations

Brought a bridesmaid dress here to be hemmed and have a couple of alterations done to the bodice. The tailor was extremely professional and helpful, offering suggestions to make sure I got the best fit out of the dress while also keeping price in mind. Price was extremely fair for the amount and quality of the work done. The dress was done faster than estimated and came back to me freshly cleaned and looking great! Can't wait to wear it and will be coming here in the future!Service: Alterations

Clothes appear to be well pressed and on time. Nice job, only recommendation is to possibly provide and be knowledgeable in "French style" drycleaning option, which finish and package clothing items a caliber better than what was provided.
