USPS really provides the worst service, especially the black woman. I was holding my dog and stopped by briefly to drop off a package, but she yelled at me to leave immediately without even asking me anything. Does my dog harm you? I was just there to drop off a return package. This is the worst service, and I don't want to use USPS again.

Gloria is the nastiest person & extremely rude and unhelpful. Sign says 1:50-3:00 she is gone for lunch. She comes back way after 3 even when she sees people there waiting !! And multiple times I’ve showed up at 1:40 and doors are locked ! Everyone I talk to that goes to this post off says the same thing ! “The lady is so nasty at that post office” the reviews here do not lie.

This place should be shut down. . Numerous things I’ve mailed from here have not made it. If you value your mail go to another post office.

Closes before 5pm and always rushing us to handle paperwork because they try close and leave. Not reliable when you are rushing to send your expedited mail and post office door is locked

On Saturdays they close the door at 1:50 pm when they are supposed to close at 2:00 pm per their schedule

Bogota post office is a joke it need to be shot down because ;the people working there have no manners, there are outrightmean and seem to have bad attitude .they must be giving customer service training ,or this branch must closes downthey are disgrace to the united state post office .

The postal worker, Rosa, at the front desk is welcoming and proficient. She has excellent customer service skills and treats everyone with respect , courtesy and warmth. Though i live in another town, I always come to this PO and my letters and packages arrive to their destination very quickly. Thank you!

Lady who works here is always rude every time I’ve been here. Went to drop off a prepaid package and she refused to give me a receipt stating the postmaster told her not to, what a joke. Last time I dropped one off to them without getting receipt the tracking magically never updated and I had to refund someone for an item. I ship dozens of items weekly and this is the only post office that refuses to give me a receiptVery suspicious, don’t come here.After reading the rest of their reviews I don’t know how this office is still open since they clearly have constant issues. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Rosa is a gem! Kind, courteous, great customer service! I will drive out of my way to go to the post office. I'm guessing such bad reviews in the past, so everyone avoids this location, not knowing that the service here has done a complete 180 turn for the better.
