USPS really provides the worst service, especially the black woman. I was holding my dog and stopped by briefly to drop off a package, but she yelled at me to leave immediately without even asking me anything. Does my dog harm you? I was just there to drop off a return package. This is the worst service, and I don't want to use USPS again.

Gloria is the nastiest person & extremely rude and unhelpful. Sign says 1:50-3:00 she is gone for lunch. She comes back way after 3 even when she sees people there waiting !! And multiple times I’ve showed up at 1:40 and doors are locked ! Everyone I talk to that goes to this post off says the same thing ! “The lady is so nasty at that post office” the reviews here do not lie.

Closes before 5pm and always rushing us to handle paperwork because they try close and leave. Not reliable when you are rushing to send your expedited mail and post office door is locked

On Saturdays they close the door at 1:50 pm when they are supposed to close at 2:00 pm per their schedule

Bogota post office is a joke it need to be shot down because ;the people working there have no manners, there are outrightmean and seem to have bad attitude .they must be giving customer service training ,or this branch must closes downthey are disgrace to the united state post office .
