Not only did they remove my old frame, they also helped me lay down my rug (measuring to ensure it was in exactly the right spot) before assembling my new bed frame on top of it. They were so careful about everything they did that my apartment looked better after they left. They couldn't have been nicer or done a better job. It was a very stress-free, pleasant experience. The field operation manager, Ajith, was the most helpful, humble and understanding person I’ve ever met. He has been in this field of work for almost as long as I have been alive :-). The team was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The packers (Agostino, Alberto and Ricardo) are absolutely amazing, punctual, hardworking and even comical. You should see them in action! They walked me through the process and answered all of my questions, which I repeated again and again due to a lot of stress. Best of all is that there are no hidden fees! They are very straightforward. I highly, highly recommend recommend them.”
