If he doesn't have what you need he can get it for you and the community surrounding the shop is filled with friendly people with the same passion for collecting and running model trains both pre-war and post-war!

I've got five on this straight up because the owner had a pipe burst in his ceiling the day before. But Gary opened the door and let me have a look see around. Tons of stuff and I wound up getting a few things . As a modeler and a long time railroader Gary was awesome. I'm looking forward to paying him another visit as soon as I can.

I’ve going to Gary for four decades!!! He has plenty of inventory for all different size trains. Always is so very kind and excited to help. The shop is small and has so much it’s difficult to see it all. Phone ahead and he can have anything ready for you. He even does repairs!! Enjoy this little gem of a store in Bogota.

Gary is awesome.. Went there on Christmas Eve to get a new transformer . As soon as I knocked on the door he brings me next door and buys coffee for me and then takes my old unit back to his shop to test it before getting a new one. Couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with.. huge inventory.. will be back...

Great little brick and mortar store. Where it lacks in luster, the owner makes up with sincere enthusiasm. We were looking for a dc motor for a project which he found in a box of spare parts. In his own words... Children are the most important ppl in the world. They grow up too fast. Cherish the time you have with them.

Gary, the owner is generous, hospitable, and a guaranteed good conversation. Like another reviewer mentioned, the place is a bit...unorganized...but there's an instant charm to it - almost Harry Potter-esque. My go-to local train shop.
